We did not enjoy our stay. The description indicated “possible construction” but the entire building is under major reconstruction. There were cords running all over the exterior corridors. They were jackhammering the exterior of the building, leaving dusty debris all over our car. A third of the parking lot was taped off for the heavy equipment. The entire ocean facing side of the first floor was a construction site and there was no access to the beach. We had to walk out the front and around to the public beach access. Sitting on the beach in front of the building was not enjoyable due to the constant jackhammering. The room was ok. In need of a good scrub and paint. The coffee pot provided was stained and disgusting. The bed was hard as a board - tip for the 60 crowd. The balcony was very nice at night but during the day the construction drowned out the sound of the ocean.
