About this apartment rental
Price lowered due to possible noise during working hours. Building construction begins October 2024. If you plan to be out for the daytime or on the beach this is a bargain. If you're hoping to sleep in and lounge around the condo or the balcony this is not the place for you this year, Sorry.
But----on evenings and weekends you can enjoy our direct oceanfront condo, the balcony, the dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows, and of course the most beautiful white sand beach in the world. This specific unit is totally unaffected by the construction (except for the noise). Here even on the beach, you’re only a short walk from5 fabulous one-of-a-kind restaurants and a Starbucks for your morning coffee. Comfortable, relaxed, well-appointed coastal vibe. Leave your cares behind as you cross the intercostal Dunlawton bridge 70 feet in the air and come down to island fun and a vacation to remember.

Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The property was spacious and had everything we needed. Mary, from Marys cleaning, stopped by and checked on us. The location was perfect and once the repairs from the hurricane are complete we will definitely return.

Second time staying here!! Place is big for a two a two bedroom, very convenient location to get from the beach into town and the hosts are great!!!
