My father and I came down on a guys trip. The view and location are what sold me and that stood true. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and things to do with in walking distance. The building is showing its age, but the location and the condo itself was great.

When we first walked in, there was sand on the comforter in the master bedroom. Which made me question if it was washed before our arrival. It wasn’t just a little sand, you could feel it everywhere on the blanket. The sheets under were not sandy, thankfully. The wood in the bed frame broke on one of the beds. However, I emailed the manager & she was amazing. She came to look at it the next day. I told her she didn’t need to do anything about it while we were there & my son would just sleep on the bed. The shower rod in the master bedroom fell down, constantly. There was a thin black line down the middle of the tv in the living room. The dryer was horrible at drying clothes. There was still old water bottles under the beds. If the condo was cleaned better, and the few minor things didnt happen I would give it 5 stars. The view is absolutely amazing. The condo is big & over all a nice place to stay.
