Direct access to the beach from White Surf to the beach.
After two years of construction, our building is completely refurbished on the exterior. A new steel seawall, pool, patio, and street-side exterior have been completed.
This fully remodeled, perfectly appointed, light and bright, 3 bedroom/3 bath condo can accommodate 8 guests. Located on the first floor by a private residence, this condo is easily accessible.
This gorgeous condo has been recently renovated and painted throughout. It features an upgraded kitchen with new cupboards, granite countertops, and appliances. Modern flooring, lighting, bathrooms, and furnishings throughout the condo. Washer and dryer located inside the unit.
The convenient location allows you to enjoy the best Daytona Beach and Orlando have to offer. For the enjoyment of our family and guests, we kindly ask that you respect our requests of no smoking of any kind inside the unit and no pets.
Being a few steps from the beach affords you the amazing sights and sounds of the ocean from the kitchen, family room, dining room, and master bedroom through a wall of windows facing the ocean. The master suite has a king bed, private bath w/ shower & tub, large closet, 2nd vanity with sink in the dressing area, and sliding full glass doors that allows access to the balcony where you can enjoy the panoramic ocean views. The second bedroom has a king bed and private bath. The third bedroom has two queen beds and a walk-in closet. The 3rd bedroom has a door into the full bathroom in the hall. The dining room also features access to the balcony.
The White Surf condominium building is well maintained by friendly staff and offers plenty of amenities for your stay. There is an exercise room, reading room, sauna, party room, tennis court with basketball hoop and pickleball, and game room with new air hockey and foosball tables.
We have one reserved parking spot in the parking garage. The outside parking is first-come, first-serve. Trailers are not allowed to be parked on the premises. Ask about offsite trailer parking.
Just pack your swimsuit and toothbrush! This home has many extras stocked for fun-filled family time and has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation:

We had an absolutely incredible 4-night stay at this beautiful Daytona condo! We were in town to celebrate my wife’s Master’s degree graduation from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and this property served as the perfect home base for our family. Being on the ground floor with direct ocean access made beach days effortless, and the views were simply amazing. The condo itself was fantastic, featuring three spacious bedrooms and bathrooms that gave everyone plenty of privacy, along with a beautifully updated kitchen. Plus, the close proximity to the Embry-Riddle campus made commuting for graduation events incredibly convenient. Communication was also seamless; our host, Scott, was incredibly easy to contact and quick to help with any questions we had during our stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate such a special milestone, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Condo was clean, spacious, and beyond convient to the beach. The host was quick to answer any questions. We loved our time here and would come again.

the condo was very well equipped, with very nice views of the beach & access to the pool. Unfortunately access to the internet was terrible, only available in a small area in the dining room. A family member was in an accident & trying to get updates was difficlut due to dropped phone calls. Also we counted 10 cockroaches. The parking had a delicated spot in the garage but required stairs to get to. Vehicle has a handicap plate for a reason & that makes stairs hard. The 2nd car (also handicapped) had trouble every day finding a spot due to construction vehicles & equipment taking up 10 spaces. Toilet in one bathroom would run at various times. A nice touch would be black out curtains in the bedrooms. We would have loved this condo if we didn't have to deal with these various issues.

It's all my fault I did not read all the instructions. I knew the building was being remolded but had no clue that we would have no patio and we had a layer with us that was handicapped. No way could she be able to walk through all the construction to get to beach. Not haven a patio was definitely a deal breaker. The lady was very nice from your office and have us full refund we are all in our 70s and a bit in secure. They let us spend the night so we could find another place the next day. Thank you
