About this apartment rental

This is a beautiful oceanfront 2 bed / 2 bath condo that is perfect for couples, small families, or solo travelers.

As you walk in the door, you are greeted by an open floor plan with a dining table straight in front of you as well as a work desk to your left. To your right is the 2nd bedroom with a king size bed, smart tv, and private bathroom.

As you proceed into the unit, you come through the kitchen area, to the living room and the master bedroom is on your right with a king size bed, smart tv, private master bath, and a private oceanfront balcony entrance/exit.

The living room features two reclining leather couches situated around a large smart tv that has cable access overlooking an oceanfront balcony entrance/exit sliding glass door.

The balcony is DIRECT oceanfront and has ample seating for everyone in the group.

*OTHER THINGS TO NOTE*

Minimum age: 25

1.Being transparent as possible -- Instead of charging a high security deposit or having you pay a non-refundable fee to VRBO for their coverage (which is not enough coverage) we have sought out a higher limit 3rd party coverage for incidentals. Our cost is $145 and is marked as an admin fee. This covers you for the vast majority of incidental damage to the unit that could happen. This solves two things. 1. We do not have to collect a huge security deposit from you. 2. More importantly it solves the damage claim process which VRBO had traditionally made hosts "aim" their damage claim at the guest first seeking payment before they would step in and pay. We wanted to ensure every guest was covered for both minor an major "oops" without having to deal with the hassle and coverage limitations set forth by VRBO.

CHECK IN:
4pm-8pm

EARLY CHECK IN: Is not available. (If the unit is available earlier our check in agent will let you know)

LATE CHECK IN FEE: This fee is charged for "after hours" arrivals at a residential building.
** 8:01pm-11:59pm: $50
** 12am+: $100

PARKING:
We get one reserved spot in the garage and a second parking pass for the top deck. This top deck spot is first come first serve.

PETS:
one pet maximum
25 lbs max
up to date shot records with up to date rabies needs to be provided.
$150 fee paid at time of booking.

KEYS OR KEY FOBS: If lost or damaged are $75 to replace.

We provided a starter kit of household items; A few trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper rolls, and one roll of paper towels. Once ours is gone it is the guest’s responsibility to purchase the things they need.

CHECKOUT: is at 10:00 am



HOUSE RULES:

1. Smoking is NOT allowed at all inside the condominium or on the balconies. Caught doing either will result in a $500 fine. (Smoking can be done out front of the building)

2. You MUST follow the checkout instructions in the binder given to you prior to checking out of your unit.

3. Do not hang anything over the balcony railings.

4. Wash the sand off of you and your beach belongings prior to coming up to the unit.

5. Be kind, courteous, and respectful of all staff, owners, and other rental guests staying.

6. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.

7. The amenities such as the pool and fitness center cannot be used after 10pm. Breaking this rule can result in the condo association overruling me and asking a guest to leave.

8. Please do not do drugs or bring drugs into the unit. (This will result in an automatic termination of your stay).

9. Please do not take the towels or pillows with you. (Yes people do this)

10. If you break something please notify us right away you have damage insurance that protects us both.

11. One week before check in you will receive an email with all of your check in information as well as a couple documents to fill out.

12. You will be given a 15-20 minute tour upon arrival. This is so you know your way around the building and do not get lost.

13. You cannot have additional guests in the building or using the amenities that are not on your registration document. (This will get you removed from the building)

14. Parking is two spots. One spot in the garage and one spot on the outdoor top deck (top deck parking is limited)

15. Checkout is 10am.

16. You will need to fill out a parking registration form as well as a standard short term lease agreement with us after booking prior to check in that will be sent via email.

Building is very nice and clean. Unit was clean but the windows were dirty. We cleaned all the windows as we love to look at the ocean. Unit is very large and spacious great for two couples or family. Beautiful views of the ocean.

My husband and I were here for 4 weeks with family coming for some of the time. The location can’t be beat! The patio allowed for spectacular views where we saw dolphins, whales, space launches and sunrises. The front view allowed for spectacular sunsets! We were close to anything we needed or wanted. Lucas, the property manager was helpful and available when we had questions. The unit is well stocked and taken care of! We are already planning to return.

we enjoyed our Vacation at Daytona Beach and this Condo! we drove down for the Car Show and a Vacation! the Condo was perfect, big washer and dryer, we both loved the Shower in the master bedroom. the living Room we loved the recliner Couch's, very Comfortable! the Condo was Perfect! just the 2 of us stayed here, but there was another bed for adults or couple of kids. we didn't find anything wrong with this property!
