The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. Unless you are booking on AirBNB, the admin fee show in your quote is the only fee never refundable in the event of a cancellation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. WOW! Had the best time in this condo. The host was great at communicating from booking and all through our stay. The condo itself is gorgeous with the BEST view! The photos just don’t show how nice it really is. The kitchen had everything we needed and all the beds were very comfy. We thoroughly enjoyed all the building amenities as well. Super friendly residents and HOA here! Just the best overall place to stay we’ve found!

The condo itself was quite nice; wish there was beach access. Musicians have moved into the 2 penthouses above us. The live piano music was lovely but much for the first few days. The office contacted them about only playing from 10 am until10 pm. Was fine after that. Heard some working noices-they may have done some sound proofing. Would definitely recommend this unit‼
