Superbly located, well appointed and friendly staff

Position was great with easy access to the town and ski bus. Able to ski back to within a couple of hundred metres of the hotel. Spa and pool were great and heated ski lockers a real bonus. Well appointed apartment with thoughtful welcome pack and kitchen essentials. Superb views from our room with good size balcony. Very helpful staff and nice touch to lend fondue and Raclette gear.

Was not keen on having to strip beds at the end of a great holiday but this is often the case in France for some reason.

A comfortable hotel with very decent facilities

the location in the town was good. The rooms were peaceful with no noise from other rooms. The spa facilities were excellent

We checked out 2 days early and the receptionist insisted I had to pay for 7 days parking which seemed unfair. They also would not let us check in until late in the day because of delays in cleaning the room

Exceptional

The property was excellent and ideal. The facilities are brilliant and the staff were excellent, so polite and friendly. I will return and highly recommend the place. The area is great too

The whole half term expereince was one of queues, overcrowding and poor value for money.

The apartments are centrally located and reasonably sized.

The number of rules about inventories, inspections etc makes this a very unwelcoming place. The ski locker is buried in the car park behind about 8 fire doors and really is a frustrating experience. The pool, spa and amenities are tired looking and not always that clean and hard to access from many of the apartments. The cost at half term was as expected eye watering and represented poor value for money. There are certainly better places to stay in France and better CGH residences to stay at.

Disappointing

My children love swimming pool.

1. We are 4 ( 2 adults and 2 children of 5&8 years old, we reserved the room for 4( 1 double bed and 1 canapé bed). In fact, they did not prepare the canapé bed, we had to ask and they gave us bed sheets and pillowcases then we must do ourselves!!! I could not believe it was a 4 star hotel' service! 2.Internet connection has been lost all the time. And we have to login each time we would like to connect. Even if it's connected, it's really bad. 3. The receptionist asked me at check-in to pay the tourism tax. But in fact, it is included in the total price that we paid already!!! 4. Each time we take the shower, water run over everywhere in the bathroom!!! And we have to clean!!!

Sympathique et agréable

La piscine et le spa étaient impeccables, toujours très bien entretenus. Le personnel, quant à lui, s’est montré particulièrement accueillant. L’emplacement est idéal, à seulement une heure du Mont-Blanc et d’Annecy. Le parking gratuit à quelques mètres est un plus et parking couvert

Le confort des couchages pourrait être amélioré, notamment le canapé-lit composé de deux lits simples, peu confortable.

Bien dans l’ensemble mais attention à la propreté.

La disposition et la taille de l’appartement, ainsi que les équipements dans l’appartement, le spa et la piscine bien chauffée

Les couettes qui n’étaient pas propres, l’une était vraiment dégoûtante remplie de taches ainsi que l’un des oreillers avec plein de cheveux 😩. Ils n’avaient pas été vérifiés entre les clients. De grandes toiles d’araignée au dessus des tringles à rideaux, j’ai du passer l’aspirateur en arrivant pour les enlever. Un établissement avec autant d’étoiles devrait être impeccable.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Arrâches la Frasse

L'appartement est très bien agencé, bien équipé et agréable. La terrasse est un gros plus. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la belle piscine couverte, les jacuzzis, le hammam, le sauna et la salle de sport. La personne de l'accueil est très efficace et très gentille

Peut-être le fait qu'il ne soit pas mentionné lors de la réservation que l'appartement se situe au rez de chaussée et surtout le réel bémol le manque de luminosité dans la salle de bain.
