A cool vibe, with so much to do and a lively atmosphere. Perfectly located for the slopes. Truly amazing service from the staff from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave.
Breakfast was great, desserts amazing, main course buffet was not good. Even basic food like burgers were not to my taste and the fries were cold. The fish was ok!

The welcome from teh staff was exceptional. They were very helpful and friendly always. The small comforts such as the unlimited free hot drinks, afternoon snacks, popcorn were a real positive. The atmosphere on an evening was really nice, the kids were all well entertained with the games area and karaoke.
The pool and Spa were a very welcome wind down after a day on the hill and just what we needed to loosed off and relax.
There was nothing not to like, the hotel was incredible.

Staff were great as very helpful with great english, and ski hire and heated lockers ground floor. Particularly helpful reception staff.
Location. Definitely not ski in and ski out as some reviews had said. 10 minutes walk to lifts, uphill on the way home. In the attached image the hotel is back building behind the white statue, past the forum building with flags, ie behind it. This is the walk from the gondola on snow then through the forum and next street up.
Pool area small and full of kids, even out of holiday season. One day room wasn't cleaned. Rooms small. TV English channels didnt work.
