Quirky hotel with great staff. Avoid school holidays!

Great staff, quirky hotel. Rooms decent size, good extras such as free hot drinks after skiing

Noise travelled a lot and full of kids and inconsiderate guests. Bathrooms far too small for the size of the rooms

Great hotel. Not quite ski in and out but really close to the slopes. Staff are amazing and nothing too much trouble. Special mention to Sandra as she is an amazing ambassador for RockyPop! Food was great and bedrooms really nice. Overall a great ski weekend and with ski hire and ski passes in the hotel, it really makes for a great time. Thank you.

Perfect for a ski holiday with kids - everything made easy

World so well with kids

Didn’t clean the room until the afternoon but we were back in the afternoon and morning ski lessons for the kids so one day it didn’t get done

Ski holiday

Large rooms, amazing view, excellent Spa, good food

A bit far from ski lift. Food in the buffet- my wife got food poisoning ( we only ate in the Hotel), seems the food freshness was not good.

A wonderful family holiday. Parents and kids very happy!

The location of the hotel was great and there was lots to keep the kids busy. There were plenty of people staying without kids too. The beds were very comfortable. We loved the bar and the spa too. Would love to come and stay again!

Breakfast was good … would have been nice to have omelettes. Location was fantastic and staff were very friendly .

Evening Buffett was average we did book half board but went out most nights as not enough variety for vegetarians and the kids.

Generally a great stay close to the main lifts with an excellent pool, sauna and steam room

nice comfy beds and easy access to spa, sauna and pool to relax. Buffet food very good and staff very friendly and polite. In-house ski shop only small but linked to larger shop shop so equipment rented very good.

Some noise outside a couple from nights in the early hours from intoxicated revellers disturbed our sleep. Not really the hotel's problem but could be a product of the bar in the hotel.

A wacky but fun hotel. Great facilities and wonderful spa in a great location for skiing. The buffet was plentiful and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Breakfast lots of variety

Scrambled eggs too runny porridge would have been a good option. We had afternoon cakes up until the last day but apparently you only have them over the holiday period - given easy to use left over deserts from the previous night would be good to have these all the time available.

Exceeded my expectations

Sauna and hammam daily, restaurants on site, serviced daily, ski-hire also on site, bar and staff were all very friendly. Food exceptional in all restaurants.

Pool not supervised with children in pool made me nervous and often reception at this area was unattended.

Brilliant hotel, great location

Lots for the kids to do in the hotel when we met with friends for drinks at the bar. Liked having a kitchen and the room was really well thought out, lots of storage. very helpful staff, good internet, great central location.

I think it would work better if there was an allocated time for children to swim in the afternoon as it is very un-relaxing to have young children shouting and bombing into the pool, it is then not a spa environment and probably a bit stressful for their parents trying to keep them quiet. It was impossible to read a book in the pods and if there was a set 'childrens', post skiing swim time, you could then decided not to go then if you wanted some quiet.

A really nice place to stay.

We were room only, but ate in the hotel on the first night and the buffet was excellent. The location was not ski in, ski out, but it was within a reasonable distance to the ski lift and other facilities. Staff were brilliant and the spa/pool was excellent. The ski room was great. We had a standard room which was very comfortable.

Impossible to control the temperature in the room, which was too hot at night - but this is a very personal thing.

good hotel very friendly staff

great facilities, nice hotel close to the slopes and shops, for food and bars etc

breakfast wasn’t great, online pictures show, plenty of fruit, waffles fried eggs and healthy options, but instead nothing like this was available, the fruit looked 5/6 days old only being apples or bananas, the eggs available were boiled or scrambled, not sure what the chief thought he was making but the scrambled egg looked like porridge, would of been nice to have more healthy options.
