Excellent but not wholly accurate description on website, food is good but poor value.

Staff are superb

Advertised on booking.com as ski to door access - completely untrue. It’s a walk, maybe 10 minutes and involves a flight of stairs to level below.

Good skiing and very nice hotel

The staff were excellent, friendly and very helpful. The facilities including the spa were very nice but busy. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

What a great place for a ski break.

The room was fabulous, a real treat, spacious and bright. The staff were brilliant, the ambiance was fun and friendly, clean and welcoming. The spa was great and the bar area fun. The ski shop and lockers on site were fabulous too.

If I had any gripes... And I am having to think hard... The walk to and from the slopes is at least 3 mins each way. Ski in is possible in heavy snow conditions only. Ski out is not. And the beer in the bar is poor, all three choices tasted off.

Great hotel for all groups of people. Lots to do in the evening and a great lively bar, ping pong, pool, karaoke and kids playroom. Lovely spa facilities and helpful staff. Can't fault it.

Boot room could do with being slightly larger with heated boot holders.

Superb stay in a great hotel

We had a really excellent stay at RockyPop in Flaine. The apartment for four was great - very comfortable, perfectly and practically designed - with twin beds in the main room and a separate bedroom. The facilities (pool, sauna, steam room, chilling pods etc.) were excellent. The staff were very professional, very helpful and delightful. The food was fantastic, at every meal - breakfast, buffet dinners and the sushi restaurant. The hotel location was very convenient for the main lift at Grandes Platieres and it was so easy to be able to rent our equipment from the hotel ski shop, as well as sort out our lift passes in the hotel. In summary, everything was really fabulous.

A lovely new property with excellent leisure facilities on site and smashing apartments. Wellness area lovely and massages were great! Kids really appreciated the pool table, karaoke rooms etc and the on site restaurants were another bonus!

Nice bar area and easy access to boot room and ski hire shop in the hotel. Lilian very helpful and friendly. Small sushi restaurant was nice food. Spa area was clean and a nice end of day relaxing area. karaoke rooms good fun as well.

Buffet breakfast for 17 euros was ok but scrambled eggs were cold and limited bread options. In our apartment which slept 10 the 2 double bed bedrooms were exceptionally small with nowhere to put kit . Bedroom with 4 bunks was way way too hot. People struggled to sleep. 3 showers side by side were the smallest I have ever seen. No lounge really . Apartment could have been configured much better. 2 small en-suites would have been preferred for adults rather than 3 communal sinks toilets and showers for all. Buffet dinner of 37 euros for adults was a little pricey.
