Mediocre, cozy atmosphere but nowhere near the price

Cozy atmosphère, friendly staff, billiards room, spa

Room was very small for the price, small details missing for the price (such as slippers for the cold bathroom floor or welcome baskets), dinner food was adequately priced but average taste, and breakfast for 30 euros per person completely over priced. Staff is not receptive to any feedback and takes it personally.

We liked the location of the property which has beautiful views across the mountains. The walk is nice into the village but the bus stop right outside the hotel was so helpful when we had all of our ski equipment to carry.

Location is great. Can easily walk from town. Even carrying skis but possibly leave in locker at lifts.

Beautiful hotel.

We love the design and practicability of the bedrooms . Quite perfect and lovely to spend time in.

Maybe though really nice the full breakfast was a little pricey. But overall is not a criticism..

Whilst a little out of town (which we knew on booking) the ski bus stops directly outside the hotel so easy if you are aware of timetable.

noisy barking dogs, unfriendly owners, over priced breakfast , smelly room, no one on reception ever , slippery dangerous steps from the car park, hair dryer from the 1960s , not 4 star standard

Very good

Perfect silent place on the magnificent sight of mountains. Very calm, cosy and beautiful all around and inside the hotel. Nice staff and very good conditions in the room - wooden furniture, balcony, cool bathroom!

There was NO wifi all around the hotel. Bar and restaurant are close in the noon< no place to buy even water. Cushions in spa had a very bad smell - need to clean them.

Nous avons apprécié l’accueil et la localisation de cet hôtel. Le personnel était très sympathique.

Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas l’impossibilité de faire du café ou du thé dans la chambre de même que le sèche-cheveux était peu performant

chambre un peu petite ... la vue annoncée sur la montagne n'était pas là ... le balcon était au même niveau et donnait sur le chemin de randonnée très proche ... la salle de bain bien, mais que deux petites serviettes à disposition ...

Meget dyrt for et så enkelt hotel. Over 2000 kr Per nat for et dobbeltværelse 1.-5. januar. Meget over priced.

Personalet var flinke

Hotellet var ikke 4-stjernet. Værelserne var meget sparsomt indrettede med nogle ældre uskønne fyrretræs møbler. Gulv og vægge fremstod meget slidt. Ingen kaffe/te på værelset, ingen toiletartikler. Værelset var meget småt. Det mindede faktisk meget om et vandrerhjem.

La disponibilité, et les paysages alentours. Le personnel du matin était très gentil et agréable.

Arrivée à 00h30, nous avions choisi cet hôtel pour la réception 24/24, en arrivant, personne. Petit stress. Nous appelons la réception, celle-ci nous transmet le code d'entrée et avait préparé notre carte de chambre. Nous avons juste été étonné de la réponse "Nous sommes une maison familiale et nous fermons à une certaine heure"... pas top de mettre en avant 24/24 si c'est pour recevoir de telles remarques alors que nous rentrions de 13 heures de reportage mariage....
