Very welcoming, well laid out, relaxing atmosphere, comfortable social areas, breakfast was excellent, views amazing, we loved our room (the 25 sq. m with balcony) perfect size and the bed was really comfortable…..and we are really fussy about beds!
If being really picky but hopefully constructive, the small area where you walk from the boot room, outside then up in to the snow was a slippy stretch and we thought a big black rubber mat or 2 could have helped (our daughter twisted her knee badly on this on day 1)

The staff were really nice!!
The hotel handled ski passes for us which is really helpful.
The skishop in the hotel is good, with good equipment.
The hotel and the room are very very clean.
The location is great!
They provided packed early breakfast.
The hit in the room was good, and the shower temperature and pressure was good as well.
The breakfast was really poor, 0 vegetables, the breakfast is based on carbs and fats(meat, eggs, carbs), on one of the days we arrived around 9 and nothing was there, coffee from machine was not good … very disappointing.
The room was super small! We are 2 people with equipment, there was not enough space.
The bad was not comfortable 😞
They are charging 10 euros per day per person for spa facilities when it was not mentioned in booking before. Other than that, it’s extremely expensive considering it was very crowded. There is only sauna and jacuzzi and not steam/hamam and for 10 euro per day per person we would expect more…
In general, for such an expensive hotel, 370 euro per night, it’s didn’t meet our expectations… :(
