Overall, really enjoyed our stay.

Excellent front desk staff (very helpful when I needed some help getting a shovel to dig the car out of the snow!). Great location - ski-in/ski-out. Comfortable and clean. Addressed a concern raised very well (see below).

As the hotel was very busy, the service at dinner was a bit hit and miss. At times it felt like there was a 'two-tier' system - some guests seemed to get very good service and good tables; others (including us) less so. Sat at table for dinner one evening (second sitting, 2030) without cutlery or the offer of water/a drinks order. Also, there seemed to be less food available and staff started taking food away just after 2100. Raised this with the front desk who must have then flagged this with the restaurant manager. He then made sure the following evening that we had a good table and provided a free aperitif (which was very welcome).

Really enjoyed our stay, and definitely would return.

Location is spot on, just a short walk/ski to the main lifts. The hotel public areas and the bedrooms are nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable, the quality and range of food options is excellent, and exceptional customer service was received from all staff - nothing was too much trouble. Very handy having the ski rental shop inside the hotel and they were extremely efficient and helpful too.

Just a minor frustration but the breakfast buffet could have been a better experience - the choice and food quality was excellent, however items were not replenished very promptly, also tables were not cleared and cleaned quickly enough, every morning we had to wait for a table to become available.

Great vibe, great architecture and super cozy stay

We loved the location and the vibe of the hotel. The room was immaculate and so near the ski lifts and ski rental. The breakfast was amazing! We truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel and rooms smelled lovely, and they were very clean. Overall, a very positive experience and we will go back for sure.

We initially assumed that access to the spa was included in the room price, but we later learned that there is an additional charge of €10 per day. This wasn’t a major issue for us, but it would be helpful if this were communicated more clearly in advance, so guests know that the room rate does not include spa access.

Great ski hotel , comfy rooms , friendly staff .

Delightful hotel , rooms were well equipped and nice furnishings . Beds very clean and comfy . Bathroom very clean and nice shower . Breakfast was nice , lots of variety . Pain au chocolates were delicious . Bar area warm and friendly , we stopped in for a drink each evening post skiing . Lovely friendly ambience . Staff are great , helpful and friendly . A nice place to stay and led straight out onto the ski lift area .

fun spot but don’t expect great comfort

the location is excellent. the bar is fun & relaxed with great cocktails

the bathroom was badly designed & difficult to use. the toilet is in such a narrow gap, that even me (a small woman with narrow shoulders) couldn’t fit in the gap without doing awkward poses and knocking the toilet paper off with my shoulders. the water pressure in the shower was so bad, that only a trickle came out. made washing my hair extremely tricky and time-consuming. altogether not the treat experience I was hoping for.

Fab hotel! Comfy rooms, cozy lounge, great food and drinks and just by the piste. Couldn't ask for more for a short stay in Flaine.

There is a ten euros per person per day charge for the sauna and hot tub which was unexpected. But they were lovely!

Poor experience for expensive price.

The staff were really nice!! The hotel handled ski passes for us which is really helpful. The skishop in the hotel is good, with good equipment. The hotel and the room are very very clean. The location is great! They provided packed early breakfast. The hit in the room was good, and the shower temperature and pressure was good as well.

The breakfast was really poor, 0 vegetables, the breakfast is based on carbs and fats(meat, eggs, carbs), on one of the days we arrived around 9 and nothing was there, coffee from machine was not good … very disappointing. The room was super small! We are 2 people with equipment, there was not enough space. The bad was not comfortable 😞 They are charging 10 euros per day per person for spa facilities when it was not mentioned in booking before. Other than that, it’s extremely expensive considering it was very crowded. There is only sauna and jacuzzi and not steam/hamam and for 10 euro per day per person we would expect more… In general, for such an expensive hotel, 370 euro per night, it’s didn’t meet our expectations… :(

Stylish hotel in great location with happy friendly staff

Friendly helpful staff, good food and lovely atmosphere in the bar. Great style of hotel. Great location for ski in/out

We were charged twice for extra lift passes due to a staff error. (€4)This was acknowledged but nothing done about it or refund offered. Our only small frustration. Perhaps monitor usage of spa facilities a bit better so there is room in sauna and spa pool for others. Some other guests needed to be more considerate.
