Nice size rooms and well equipped
Noise from neighbouring rooms quite loud at all hours.

Welcoming and efficient reception staff. Nice bar with quality restaurant. Outdoor pool which was quite warm. Comfy beds, quite roomy with adequate storage. Local bus stops at 6.30 but Hotel provides an on-call shuttle. PiouPiou infant ESF school quite handy. Good ski in, ski out. We had front facing 3 bed apartment which suited us well. Clean and tidy to a good standard.
On the outskirts of town but ski in ski out and bus services compensated. Only complaint is no heated boot warmers in a rather cramped boot locker in a fairly new hotel

ski locker included, coffee machine at the lobby with real beans and real plastic cups
very expensive, hot tub full of splashing kids from 4pm onwards, unclear checkout time, very "French", restaurant just passable

Great ski-in, ski-out location. Super easy to go from apartment to boot room to piste. Nice apartment with plenty of space. The kitchen was small but well laid out with everything we needed. Good value early in the ski season.
The apartment is a little way away from the main village, so a walk or bus is required if you don't have a can to get to restaurants and ski hire/ other shops. Note that you can't ski to a ski-pass kiosk without taking a lift, so a bus might be required if you haven't pre-ordered lift passes.

Summer visit. Located a few minutes away from downtown, enjoyable walk there. The apartments are comfortable, have all the necessities and great views. Lots of games and amenities around the hotel to keep entertained. Rooms are very clean, so is the hotel. You can order products from the bakery which are then delivered at 7am.
A bit outdated, but still in decent shape

Fresh delivered croissants and bread in the am was great
The sauna etc gets quite busy - could do with an increased number of saunas / steam rooms

Super apartments with great facilities. We had high hopes and weren’t disappointed. They are further out but ski in / ski out made it easy (until our last few days when the snow had melted). But the ski bus stops outside so also convenient.
We were delayed checking in but the manager made it up to us. And when my husband fell and injured himself the staff were incredibly helpful.
Id definitely return.

Fabulous location and facilities - the pool was truly wonderful. Friendly, helpful staff and a comfortable apartment. Good ski facilities

Pool & Jacuzzi was a great help after skiing. Reception staff very helpful on arrival and gave us a great room overlooking the mountains. Easy boot room on level 3, great for ski out. Free pick up from town later in the evening was helpful if we went out for dinner. All in all the resort was great value for money!
Outside pool could do with being a few degrees warmer as you had to keep moving around to tolerate. People would steal our robes and towels from the cubby holes. Old men walking through the corridors in speedos was disgusting. Could do with heated boot holders in ski lockers.

Everything was where it should be, restaurants and shops are within easy access. There’s a supermarket on site so you can pick up bits whilst skiing back home. Ski in/ ski out is really convenient, the pool area isn’t so small that it’s overcrowded. The reception staff are EXCELLENT- really friendly and ever so helpful
The property is looking a little worn now

Loved everything. The ski station is very well thought so you have everything at your disposal to make a great ski trip. Staff was 5 stars. The pool after the ski was absolutely amazing.
I didn't like to leave. :)

Nice location for exploring the many hiking trails. Good sized apartment. Excellent outdoor heated pool that was warm. Lots of activities included on the 'Flaine Summer Pass', which the children loved.
As a warning to other families, our 11 year old's Summer Pass wristband broke and was lost on the first day, on one of the activities. The residence refused to replace this and told us to ask the tourist office. The tourist office said it is the responsibility of the residence and also refused to issue a replacement.

fantastic location, modern and very clean facilities.
easy to find and park.
the restaurant served delicious food but it was very upmarket and pricey. we arrived late and it would have been nice to be able to grab some comfort food for the family rather than having to walk down into town.

The rooms were spacious and a very nice view.
The swimming pool was old with a liner that was old and the tiles surrounding the pool were broken and covered up with blue mats.
Also my husband wanted to book a massage and reception told him they would call him back but they didn't. He phone and they managed to get an end of day slot but when he went down to reception he was told that the massage would be in another P&V (they should have said that at time of booking). He never got his massage.
