The garage is located in the multi-storey car park and can be reached on foot without having to climb any steps, just a slight slope to home.

From the railway station, the lift goes directly up to the pedestrian street: the house is 200 metres away. Apartment with sea view and view of the village of Riomaggiore, consisting of an open-plan living room with kitchen and long terrace. Air-conditioned rooms: double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, twin bedroom, cot, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Wi-Fi. Heating. 3rd floor.

Completely renovated in 2018, it is very bright and the many windows make it pleasantly habitable. A sliding wall completely separates the kitchen from the living room if necessary. Single sofa bed in the living room.

Our family of 4 loved Cristina’s apartment in Riomaggiore! The location was amazing and we had plenty of room for my 2 teen boys. We would highly recommend this location, as it was very convenient with the elevator near the train station.

Small apartment that had all basic needs. Just big enough for two couples. Hot water was an issue. Read the guide very thoroughly…finally got hot water after turning the instant hot water tank to the highest setting. Wanted to walk on “lovers lane” but needed the welcome pass with barcode that was provided only when we asked for it. The view was very very nice. Beds are a bit hard but comfortable. Entrance gate did not lock but had to go through two locked doors so it felt secure. Small refrigerator and freezer but andequate and very limited ice. You stay here for location and view.

We had an amazing stay in Riomaggiore! The location was perfect for us (easy access to the action but also easy to remove yourself from it!) Including an amazing view from the balcony where we had wine every night and watched the moon rise. Having a parking spot was even more important than we knew going into this trip so we were thankful to have it (and also a washing machine). There is no AC but the blinds and fans did a great job keeping the place cool enough for us at night. We did have a slight issue with the water heater but there were clear instructions on how to rectify the situation and it worked! We couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay. Thank you!

Unfortunate choice

Anyone traveling to Riomaggiore should be aware that carrying anything but a small roll on is a trauma. The height and stairs make it impossible to travel with more than that. Upon arriving at the apartment there was a deluge of water and cleaning supplies at the front door. Once inside the apartment we found ants in the kitchen as well as hair in the shower. If nothing else you expect the apartment to be cleaned and inspected. We were charged $25.00 a night to park our car in the garage but the remote to allow access in and out was not working. If you are charging for a service it’s imperative to confirm all items are in working order and clean. Unfortunately we will not be back.

The location is just excellent! Among the villages in Cinqueterre this one's atmosphere is the most friendly, with excellent restaurants. The flat is clean and well equipped, definitely a good choice for 3 persons. The view from the balcony is beautiful! There was a young company one level above who made a noisy party at the balcony at 3 AM but we could manage this easily.

Promised to return, and three years later, here we are! We love this apartment and it’s neighborhood. You have a beautiful, breezy view, and a wonderfully equipped space. We love sitting on the balcony in the evenings. Also, the large bathroom and washer are very helpful as we are traveling around Europe with two teens for a month. Everything is thoughtfully organized and we had all that we needed for a lovely stay.

The apartment was spacious and clean with a superb view. It's easy access to the train and town centre. Just below it is a great bar/cafe, so relaxed and just out of the crowds in the town centre. While lots of choices for meals in Riomaggiore, it is also very easy to get to the other cities for a meal and return back on the train. Can't say enough good things - if we were to return I would book the same again!

The property is beautiful and in a great location above the town. The view of the water and up into the hills is spectacular. Easy to get into town and station. We used the balcony everyday to sit and drink wine or eat. The area around the apartment is very nice with a gelato/cappuccino/pastry place next door. Cristina was very easy to work with and helped us arrange for luggage pickup at the train station which I would highly recommend if you have heavier luggage. Overall the apartment is a perfect place for a fantastic time in Cinque Terre.

Beautiful location and easy to get on train and visit Cinque Terre. Took the train to Pisa even and came back quick trip. The apartment was very nice with 2 bedrooms - came with travel books on the area. Kitchen was spotless and modern. Recommendation - you won't need a car with the easy access by train parking is a hassle since they limit cars to only residence. Owner did try to communicate but I missed the severity of making sure I gave the license plate to register with police.

The apartment was perfect, the location amazing and the view from the balcony breath taking! Super clean with all you need to make your stay truly memorable. Riomaggiore was the pick of the 5 towns for us, great restaurants and bars and a lively vibe but not overrun by tourists. Cristina was a wonderful host, her communications were excellent and she helped us out with a few things during our stay. We highly recommend this apartment for your next stay in Riomaggiore.... and it comes with parking!

The apartment had everything one would need. Yes, it is on the 3rd floor so be aware of some climbing with suitcases. But once you are there, you will be rewarded with a beautiful sight overlooking the sea. Truly spectacular with a great location. Would be back in a heartbeat!

This apartment is bright, cheery and clean, overlooking the city center, right next to the church and close to the Clock Tower that chimes charmingly. It is way up the hill and that's how you're getting those fantastic views so be prepared for a long incline and lots of stairs but don't let that deter you! Also a gelato shop right downstairs! It had everything we needed in the kitchen and bath and Christina provides excellent directions with photos step-by-step from the train station. We wished we had planned to stay longer! It would make a great home base for a week or more at the coast.

This is a clean and tidy flat, nicely appointed for a couple or a small family. It's located above the central part of town (which mean the views are spectacular), but it's still a relatively easy climb up from the main square. A small balcony overlooks the town and provides a nice view of the glittering Meditteranean. Very relaxing place to stay.
