We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly kind and patient, always ready to assist us with anything we needed. They even took the initiative to recommend a fantastic restaurant and made the booking on our behalf. It was truly exceptional service, exceeding even the typically high Japanese standards for hospitality.

I cannot commend about the breakfast because we did not book it and could not book it when we arrived in the evening the night before.
Since we did not book the breakfast earlier and could not have breakfast in the hotel, we had problem looking for breakfast the next morning because there is no other food in the hotel that we can have for breakfast. Also, there is no eatery or convenient store nearby the hotel where we can find breakast in the freezing morning.
