    Around 15 mins walk from Kiso Fukushima station, this is facing the Kiso river. Onsen facility was decent, breakfast buffet selection was good. I had dinner, and it was too filling! The only thing is my room didn't come with a bathroom, which was inconvenient. I must have missed it when booking the room

    Stayed 2 nights so we could do the Torii Pass hike from Yabuhara station to Narai. We also, on the day we checked in, went to Nezame no tori to see the rock formations there, fantastic! So location is great. Some restaurants around but of course mostly closed between 2-5/6pm Rooms were lovely, not so run down as some traditional Japanese rooms we have stayed in have been. Tip; We stayed in room 202 that was on the lobby floor and in the mornings you did hear some movement outside with the setting up for breakfast. Bed quite firm for us but pillow ok. Onsen was nice and hot although I could smell the chlorine in the water 😕 We had breakfast included and that was standard. Staff helpful, we couldn’t order a taxi/uber/DiDi from our phone so they called one for us. Still recommend highly.

    Two nights stay. We basically haven't been in touch with staff all through the stay. Self service breakfast. You make an order for the dinner and put it into a basket for next day and the designated hour - don't be late otherwise your food gets cold. I would say decent quality and choise for the buffet and dinner. Due to lack of restaurants in the neighborhood, it is convenient to make booking with dinner, despite being a bit overpriced. Our room was first next to eating place so quite a nosiy one since early morning till late night time. Overall, it is a reasonable choice that will keep you in shape while traveling.
