The location, nature around and equipment of the house

From the equipment of the house, I was missing blackout curtains, it was impossible to sleep since 4am. Don't go here with kids, too many things that they can destroy and the owner low-key threatens you in the check-in and manuals, that it will be pricey. Moreover, the check-in had to be done twice, was really detailed and annoying. Upon entering the house, we ran into several spiderwebs, there was a dead ant in my bed and a pretty lively one that bit me in the morning. Black hair everywhere and wasps nest at the terrace. Also the beds are super uncomfortable. The place is beautiful and well equipped but not maintained well.
