השירות בקבלה היה מצויין. החדרים היו גדולים ומרווחים והיה מזגן בקיץ שזה מאוד חשוב! המקרר בחדר עבד מאוד טוב. היה מאוד נוח לישון בחדר והמיקום של הגסט האוס מצויין - ליד תחנת האוטובוס וליד מסעדות.
באונסן הפנימי חלק מהרצפה הייתה שחורה.

Lots of variety but some things like the eggs were quite cool / cold.
Better coffee and maybe ordering then waiting for the eggs with an opportunity to ask for medium to well-cooked eggs - rather than having them sit for long periods and all seemed quite runny.

It was close to Kamikouchi National park. Car parking They tried hard but it needs a lot of work.
Beds and pillows were hard, onsen could do with a good clean.
