The property is easy to find and instructions, send by Roberto were very clear, with detailed pictures. This was my first experience of self-check in with providing ID & selfie, so I was a bit afraid of it :) But it is possible to make check in a week before arrival, so we did it smoothly at home in 5 minutes. The apartment is bright and clean with nice view to the lake and mountains ( balcony was missing for that view :) ) In the kitchen you have everything you may need. Bedroom is separate from living room, bed is comfortable. In other comments somebody wrote it was noisy because of the road - but for us it was not, maybe because bedroom has only skylight and no other window.

On check-out You should leave the key in the box next to the apartment, on the 4 th floor, but you can open the main door from inside only with the key (or we havent found the button?) ,so if You are alone, how to get out ?

La vista lago! La posizione, fermo restando che è situata in una zona poco frequentata se non da prevalenza di extracomunitari di colore che di certo quando si rientra la sera o si esce la mattina presto non è il massimo della tranquillità! Detto ciò non ho avuto nessun tipo di problema con loro.

La pulizia, la mancanza di un portasapone nella doccia, la porta del mobile ad incasso del frigorifero che non agganciava quella del frigo e per aprire occorre chinarsi e prenderla dal basso, il tavolo della cucina con due gambe lente sbilenche che come appoggi un bicchiere sembra che cada, il letto che come ti movi un minimo scricchiola che lo sentono fino a Como! L’ascensore che arriva fino al terzo piano e il quarto si raggiunge facendo le scale e poi è piccolo che due persone con il bagaglio non vi entrano. La mancanza fisica di una persona all’accoglienza che ti spiega un minimo l’appartamento, il parcheggio a pagamento custodito ma a celo aperto distante circa 300/400 mt Di notte si sente molto il rumore delle macchine camion e moto che percorrono la strada sottostante molto trafficata.
