Good value for money, though.

The size of the room and the breakfast.

We had to wait 10 minutes or so at the reception, as no one was there for us when to check in. We were a bit late at breakfast, 9.45, and there was no omlette left. We asked for some more, but we’ve been told the kitchen was closed. Also, the tongs were collected and we had to use the forks in order to put food on the plates. Because it was Saturday night,there was an event in the yard of the hotel, and it was quite noisy until 1-2am.

The location as you didn't have to go in to the city

Bad smell from the sewer. Bad smell in the room. The walls dirty. The room dirty. The bed shot dirty. No remote for TV. Furniture broken and dirty. Small car park so if you check in late, there is no parking place. I had to put towels on the bed so I can sleep, that dirty the sheets were. I have so many pictures but I cant put only 4 unfortunately. I DONT RECOMEND IT.

The air conditioning system was functioning well.

I understand that staying at a budget hotel means lowering expectations when it comes to luxury, but this place fell short even by basic standards. To begin with, the room looked nothing like the pictures advertised. The so-called “mini-bar” was just a small fridge—unplugged, empty, and possibly non-functional. The bathroom was bare-bones. Besides the usual towels, soap, and toilet paper, don’t expect any additional toiletries or amenities. While I didn’t expect upscale furniture at this price, what truly bothered me was the pervasive smell of cigarette smoke. It was everywhere—from the reception area to the dining space, hallways, and even my room. Despite the visible no-smoking signs, the odor suggests either ongoing disregard for the rules or that the smell has been absorbed into the furnishings over time and never properly addressed. Most concerning, however, is the complete lack of accessibility. The number of stairs between the street, reception, and the building with guest rooms is excessive. Only the room-building has an elevator, meaning a wheelchair user—or anyone with mobility challenges—would face serious difficulties. Even as an able-bodied solo traveler with heavy luggage, I found it exhausting. In 2025, accessibility should not be optional—it should be a standard.

Property was overbooked and they called me from someone's personal phone(not the property phone from Booking) letting me know there are no rooms available, this happening within 2 hours before my arrival. They didn't want to cancel the booking, maybe expecting me to cancel it which would resulted in charging me the entire cost. Very unpleasant experience!

The location

First of all I had bugs in the room and in the bathroom. Then I had mold on the walls and the furniture was very used, scratched and stained.

All in all is fine, they have a backyard garden which is nice to chill in and drink as well.

Rooms AC units didn't work basically, and a not so nice smelling cleaning detergent in the hallways. They need another kind that's it
