I have used this hotel on several occasions. It’s better and a lot cleaner than most of the hotels with the same price tag in Timisoara. Only this time I felt the standard had fallen a bit. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. There was just one pillow which was very soft and flat and the breakfast wasn’t so great. Overall a clean and roomy place with easy access secured parking

Our room was very big and clean. The breakfast was very good. The service excellent. This was the only hotel in the vicinity of timisora which I found was very acceptable for the price. If you looking to stay in a 3 or 4 star hotel don’t look any further.

I only stayed 1 night in this amazing hotel but was really impressed. Had a nice dinner in their beautiful garden terrace, the stuff was really friendly-they took our order at the restaurant even if they were ready to close. The room very big and clean. Convenient parking. Quiet area close to Timisoara. I would definetely recommend.

Better than expected! Clean room, comfortable bed, nice shower. 3rd floor with balcony. Excellent food in the restaurant and breakfast was delicious. The safe was not bolted down in the closet, maybe they didn't get a chance to install it yet. Overall a very good hotel.

This hotel was a total gem. We had no idea what to expect in Romania but if you ever have to travel through Timisoara we recommend staying at the Hotel Galaxy. The facility is excellent and the staff is incredible! Great people. Great attitudes. Great service.

one of the fastest check-in`s i have ever experienced, room was amazingly clean and tidy, and an enormous and very very comfortable bed (by the way 10 points for this bed)... staff was friendly and kept the perfect distance, exactly the way i like (not too close, but not too far either). All in all, Galaxy hotel just became my number one option, when i`m visiting Timisoara. I will definitely go back... didn`t have time to try the food.

We stayed for one night after a very late arrival at the Timisoara airport. The hotel is approx 10min drive from the airport so very convenient. Easy to get to. The room was clean, modern and functional. Breakfast was also decent - good selection of all you would expect both cooked and cold items. There was a securely looking parking space behind the property. Service was ok, not exactly European standard, but reasonably helpful.

new hotel, everything was fine with the exception of the bed (very hard) and the smell of the room... Smelt like my grandmas house, i think it was the smell of the cleaning spray but seriously its terrible buy a different one... Had to sleep with the windows open due to the smell and left smelling like my grandma - and nobody wants that

I booked rooms at Hotel Galaxy for a co-work and myself while visiting Romania. I pre-paid for the rooms and was looking forward to arriving at the hotel after a very long day working abroad. Upon arriving at the hotel close to 11pm we were told Travelocity does not have any account with Hotel Galaxy and they had never even heard of Travelocity! It was a disaster. It was 11pm at night, we were tired and exhausted and did not have a place to stay and had a flight back to the US at 4am. Luckily they had one room left, so my co-worker and I were forced for share a room before departing on our extremely long flights back to the US. The overall room was fine but extremely smokey. It felt like we slept in an ashtray for the few hours were were there.
