Good idea of accommodation but poorly maintained. Won’t come again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

It’s spacious and garage is a big plus.

Cleanliness is very poor. Everything is smudged, greasy and with unpleasant smell. The same smell (from some cleaning product) is in the bathroom and in the fridge. It was so strong in the fridge that we had to waist all our food that spent the night in it, bescause it smelled horrible. Not to mention that our room wasn’t ready when we arrived (which was half hour after regular check in). After our room was “ready” only linens were clean. Also in the bedroom smoke alarm is broken so it makes annoying clicking noise all night.

Pleasant/ Value for money

Relatively close to city center, wi-fi working properly, heating, AC, TV, apartment well furnished, self check in/check-out, parking. Good value for money.

Could use some improvements on cleaning side, floors were sticky, no toiletries, short on toilet paper and no kitchen napkins/napkin roll, poor kitchenware/tableware, one apartment had only one fork, couch not comfortable for sleeping, also had tears and stains on extension side, bed linen although it was fresh and clean had a non pleasant smell, coffee maker could use a good scrub.

Good value for it’s offered

People are complaining that the property is poorly staffed with kitchen produce and that’s enough to give it a bad review and I think it’s crazy stupid, here is why: The property is exclusively rented to booking and Airbnb which offers a lot of privacy, no noisy neighbors around. The property is close to so many facilities like a big mall, small stores (walking distance) and commune transportation. The property is clean, new and very comfortable. The property offers private underground parking, which is very rare for Timisoara. I loved it. Here are a few points people are unreasonably about: There will be no kitchen produce: no salt, no pepper, no kitchen towels, no water, no babysitter lol There will limited soap, no shampoo or conditioner. But here is why this is a good thing: this property raised their price in the last 2 years less than 10% which is very unheard of this time and age. I would rather go to the store and get my essentials for less than $10-20 than pay more in rent. So, I think the value of this property exceeds the price and we stayed here 2 times in the last 2 years

That the showers was broken + the tv was not working meanwhile I paied exactly for this reason but the owners didn’t even tell me in advantage that it doesn’t work

Comfortable stay!

Great studio where you can actually stay for a long-time. Very comfortable with all basic necessities like a toaster and washing machine. The 2 free coffee capsules comes handy when just arriving. AC working perfectly for hot days, underground parking.

Location is not the best, you're surrounded by old buildings so don't expect any view. A bit far from the center (about 40 minutes of walking). But the location is clearly stated here so no surprises.

Small changes make a huge difference!

Everything is excellent. On weekends, it is hard to find a parking space, but this apartment comes with a garage space for free, and that is such a relief. I definitely recommend this place.

Not enough kitchen supplies, such as dishtowels, a coffee pot, and salt, even the coffee machine was not working. Also, there are no hooks for hanging towels in the bathroom, nor any indoor slippers.

Good, but can be better with some care

Good location, close to Iulius town.

I’ve been staying here on and off for the past couple of years. Unfortunately, I can see it degrading as time passes by. The shower was broken, one of the towels was dirty, the furniture looks like is not clean at all. There are no spoons, knives, only plates, glasses, mugs. The walls are no longer white, they need a fresh paint asap. I really like that the building is new, but, you should also invest in keeping it clean and tidy.

I wouldn't recommend it even to my worst enemy

The linens were dirty, one of them had some hair on it, the linens looked like they were made in 1950 and when I requested to replace them the host came with something that was more of a table cloth rather than a linen. The height of the so called bedroom is no more than 1.5 m so if you want to change your clothes you're either laying in bed or extremely hunched over. The bathroom were either not cleaned or they were cleaned in 5 seconds. I wouldn't recommend this place not even if it was free.

Very easy check-in arrangement, the apartment was clean and tidy, a beautiful experience.

Cleaning was really poor, bed full with hair, lots of amenities missing.

The apartment was dirty, the bed was full with hair, drawers full with dirt, no microwave,no coffee machine no ironing board, no iron, no bed linen for the third person, no soap, no toilet paper, kitchen roll or dishwasher tablets.

Superb

The apartment is big and has underground parking. The price was decisive in our case (although there are better apartments in TM, we got this at a very competitive price). Check in/ out was very easy.

The kitchen cabinets were a bit greasy and smelled bad. The residence seems to have been built quickly and with cheap materials. The location was not the best (between a lot of ugly apartment buildings (where the garages used to be) ...a bit "interesting" how they obtained a building authorisation in that area. The WiFi was not good at all

Comfortable apartment on good location with private parking

I received detailed instructions on how to pick the keys and park the car in private underground garage. Instructions were sent on time. Apartment is large, new and nicely decorated, with everything that you can need: coffee, refrigerator with freezer, iron, toiletries, AC... Bed was comfortable.

Cleaning was bad. Floors were dirty, toilet very dirty, large spider and his web were in bathroom on the window, sink was dirty.

lovely accommodations

everything was set out really well. was very clean and comfortable. it was easy yet secure getting into the property. balcony and bathroom were lovely also.

the TV (could have been the remote control) and coffee machine didn’t work. there was no toaster or kettle (although I was able to toast on the grill) and there was not enough toilet roll.
