Tolle Adresse für aktive Gäste

Sehr moderne, lichte Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, sodass man, etwa wegen Schnarchens, getrennt schlafen kann. Funktional, dabei trotzdem gemütlich eingerichtet, dazu ein modernes Bad und eine sehr praktische Küchenzeile. Zusätzliches Highlight ist der wunderschöne, gepflegte Sauna-/ Wellnessbereich! Bei den heftigen Schneefällen dieses Winters war die Tiefgarage ein großer Komfortgewinn! Die Lage direkt an Loipen und Rad-/ Wanderwegen ist ideal!

Die Wohnung ist etwas schwierig zu temperieren. Uns war es zu warm; vor allem dem Schlafzimmer in der Wohnungsmitte würde eine wirksame Entlüftung guttun! So haben wir einige Male die Terrassentür für eine Viertelstunde geöffnet, um ausreichend kühle Frischluft hinein zu lassen.

Super sauber, modern und empfehlenswert

Wir waren das zweite Mal hier und es war wieder sehr schön. Das Appartement ist modern, gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Alles was man braucht - und mit Liftpass, Sauna, Tiefgarage und Brötchenservice einfach super. Absolute Empfehlung!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Toller Ethanol Kamin. Es war alles sauber, und alles vorhanden was man so benötigt für eine Woche Wanderurlaub. Der Wellnessbereich war ebenfalls sehr schon, mit netter Dachterrasse.

Hunde kosten 20€/Nacht. Allerdings ist mir bis auf ein paar Kotbeutel und dass der Hund hier übernachten darf, nichts aufgefallen, was die 20€ gerechtfertigt hätten. In anderen Unterkünften gibt es bei solch hohen Preisen wenigstens eine Hundedusche, Handtücher, Futter- und Wassernapf, Hundeleckerli, Hundedecke, Futter etc. Dafür finde ich diesen Preis überteuert.

Gute Lage, Preis-/Leistungstechnisch inkl. Gastfreundlichkeit ungenügend

- Große Zimmer, gute Lage

Eine Woche vor Anreise war die Wetteraussicht für das geplante Reisedatum sehr schlecht. Da wir ausschließlich für Bergwanderungen angereist sind, haben wir eine Anfrage gestellt, ob wir (auch gegen einen Aufpreis) umbuchen können, da 2 Tage später die Wetteraussicht sehr viel besser war. Da wir 2 Wochen Urlaub hatten, waren wir auch sehr flexibel und es gab in dem angefragten Zeitraum noch sehr viele freie Zimmer. Leider wurde unsere Anfrage nicht beantwortet. Daher haben wir es telefonisch probiert, was leider auch nicht zum gewünschtem Ergebnis geführt hat, da der Hotelbesitzer einer Umbuchung auf keinem Fall zustimmen wollte. Die Begründungen waren absolut nicht verständlich, widersprüchlich und wir wurden teilweise sogar belogen, da gesagt wurde, dass das Hotel voll sei, obwohl auf der Homepage noch mehr als 5 Zimmer frei waren. Zusätzlich wurden Aussagen getroffen wie „auch bei Regen kann man auf den Berg wandern, der Blitz wird schon nicht auf dem Kopf einschlagen“. Letztlich sind alle Versuche einer Umbuchung gescheitert und wir waren zum gebuchten Zeitraum bei Dauerregen vor Ort. Leider wird die Sauna auch bei schlechtem Wetter erst um 16 Uhr angeschaltet. Wir waren zu sehr vielen Kompromissen bereit, jedoch wurde aus Stursinn und ohne vernünftige Begründung jegliche Lösungsfindung abgelehnt. Gastfreundlichkeit wird hier leider komplett außer Acht gelassen. Preis-/Leistungstechnisch leider ein kompletter Reinfall.

Tolles Ambiente, superschöne Apartments, Ruhe und Erholung garantiert, tolle Betreuung bei Fragen und Wünschen. See und Einkaufsgelegenheiten in nächster Nähe, ein wunderbarer Platz auszuspannen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Herzliches Dankeschön an Familie Lutz.

Tout ! établissement propre, bien équipé, bonne literie. Propriétaires adorables et accueillants. Ils offrent un "forfait" gratuit pour accéder aux remontées mécaniques de la vallée, ainsi qu'à la piscine au bord du lac Haldensee. Mise à disposition gratuitement de vélos (uniquement adultes. Pour les enfants, il faut en louer dans une boutique proche). Le service de commande de pains/viennoiseries est vraiment pratique pour avoir le petit dej sans sortir - et livré tôt le matin. Les enfants ont bien profité de l'aire de jeux également.

Peut-être le manque de fenêtre de la chambre adulte. Cela n'a pas dérangé mon mari, mais je suis de ceux qui dorment fenêtre ouverte quasiment toute l'année. Donc commentaire propre à chacun ! Sinon, la chambre est spacieuse, propre et avec beaucoup de rangements.

Ook in de zomer is het Tannheimertal zeer aantrekkenlijk en het verblijf hier aangenaam.

Appartement beschikt over alles wat je nodig hebt en is ruim en luxe ingericht.

Buiten het winterseizoen is de receptie beperkt toegankelijk bij aankomst hebben we de host onvriendelijk ervaren. Daarnaast is het gemis van airco in warme zomer als deze een gemis.

Große, geräumige Wohnungen. Toller Saunabereich. Alles sehr modern. Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Haus.

Der Indoor-Spielbereich hätte besser ausgestattet sein können. Das gezeigte Kaminfeuer ist kein echtes Feuer, sodass der (für unbequeme Herbsttage) gewünschte Wärmeeffekt nicht vorhanden war.
