The 160 m² of living space spread over two floors offers everything you could hope for from your summer and winter vacations in the beautiful Allgäu region. This rustic and eco-friendly house, featuring mountain cabin-style details, is situated in a sunny and quiet location. It offers a stunning view of the surrounding mountains, including the Zugspitze and the Falkenstein castle ruins.
With two fully equipped kitchens, three bedrooms (the highlight is the sleeping loft), two sofa beds, two bathrooms, and a private garden. The “Kienberghäusle” vacation home is particularly well-suited for vacations with families of friends, multiple generations, or small travel groups. The house’s location is also a major draw. This offers guests year-round fun—skiing in the winter and hiking in the summer.
After all, there’s nothing better than spending time together after a long hike, a mountain trek, a bike ride, a day at the lake, or a day on the slopes. Simply park your cars right in front of the house and step out into the large garden. Enjoy the sunshine on two sun terraces or on one of the two balconies in the attic. The kids will look forward to many great moments playing in the large garden! From here, you’ll have a wonderful, unobstructed view of our local mountain—the Kienberg.

Important! Waste separation: Cardboard, plastic, cans, glass, general waste, and organic waste.
According to municipal regulations, plastic waste as well as glass and cans must be taken to the recycling center and disposed of by the guest.


Please note that the local tourist tax of €2.50 per person per day is added to the total booking price; children pay €1.25 per day (ages 6 to 15). Payment is due upon arrival.
A security deposit of 700.00 euros is required upon arrival, payable by credit card.
A flat fee of 50 € is charged for infants up to 1 year of age; a travel crib with mattress is included in the price, but bed linens and a baby sleeping bag are not—you must bring your own.
An initial set of bed linens is provided for each guest. If you would like additional fresh bed linens and towels during your stay, these can also be booked separately.
