We had a great stay in the apartment .

Great view from the balcony, nice interior

For a family with two older kids, the place is not made because of the furniture. the sofa bed in the bed room has only really thin mattresses and not suitable for a teenager. we asked about it at the reception but it was not solved. the living room has enough space but there should be a larger sofa or other places to sit on.

Zweckmäßig ausgestattete Wohnung

Wir hatten die Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern im 2.OG. Gute Lage zum Wandern, Bushaltestelle vor der Haustür. Der Blick aus der Wohnung in die Berge ist sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist solide, aber einfach möbliert. Separates WC. Bis auf Waschmaschine sind alle Geräte vorhanden. Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder in einer Scheune hinter dem Haus. Brötchenservice buchbar. Nette Mitarbeiter des Hotels Viktoria in Rubi (ca. 1,5 km) melden sich telefonisch und fragen nach.

Das Badezimmer ist klein und fensterlos sowie nicht belüftet. Handtücher usw. trocknen kaum. Die Regendusche sorgte bei Gebrauch für Überschwemmung. Malerarbeiten in der Wohnung sind z. T. nachlässig ausgeführt. Der Preis der Wohnung scheint uns im Verhältnis zur Ausstattung und zum Ambiente sehr hoch.

Keurig net appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt en bushalte voor de deur

Hadden bovenste appartement. Keurig netjes alles aanwezig. Zeer ruim. Bushalte voor de deur. Goede afstand om met auto en bus snel bij liften en Obertsdorf te zijn, alles binnen kwartiertje. Ook lopend kun je vanaf daar de bergen in.

Het was buiten 35 graden en dan is het binnen zonder airco wel warm. Er is geen balkon aanwezig bij bovenste appartement dus je kunt niet buiten zitten. Slaapkamer aan de straatkant wel wat lawaai met raam open.

Toller Aktivurlaub in einem schönen Appartment in den Allgäuer Alpen!

Großes, sehr gut ausgestattetes und sehr sauberes Appartment. Unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe dank Schließfach. Optimal als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen auf den Entschenkopf, Rubihorn oder Nebelhorn.

Fijne vakantiebestemming

Vanuit het huis kun je prachtige wandelingen maken. Het personeel was super behulpzaam. De omgeving is fantastisch!

Het huis is 1,5 km van het hotel verwijderd. Daar kun je gebruik maken van alle hotel faciliteiten (die fantastisch zijn!). Daar ben je zo, 2 min met de auto of 15 min lopen, maar dat had ik me vooraf niet gerealiseerd.
