A very nice appartment

We had an appartment for four adults. Very nice place to stay and friendly staff. Very big appartment with all equipment you need in the kitchen. Beatiful view to the mountains from the balcony. Very good breakfast in the restaurant.

Super schöne Unterkunft in Ruby. Etwas mehr Herzlichkeit beim Personal hätte es perfekt gemacht :)

Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und super sauber. Schön waren die kleinen Details, wie Kinderbadewanne, Hundenapf inkl. Leckerlie.

Leider war das Hotelpersonal nicht besonders freundlich. Der Brötchenservice hat nicht funktioniert. Hier wurde uns nicht geholfen. Desweiteren wurden unsere Reservierung beim Frühstück vergessen. Auch hier leider kein besonders freundlicher Umgang.

Tolle Wohnung mit super Lage.w

Alles sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. Schade, dass die Wohnung nächstes Jahr schon ausgebucht ist.

Lediglich das Sofa war an einer Stelle schon sehr durchgesessen. Das ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau. Es war wirklich spitze.

Große Empfehlung! Wir haben alle Annehmlichkeiten unserer liebevoll und kindgerecht ausgestatteten Ferienwohnung genossen und konnten gleichzeitig auf ein super abwechslungsreiches Angebot des Hotels zurückgreifen. Wir erlebten einen sehr herzlichen Service zum Empfang mit Brot und Sekt, ein mega Spieleangebot für Kinder, einen bestens ausgestatteten Wellnessbereich. Wir haben mit Kindern im Alter von 4 bis 15 Jahren bisher in keinem Urlaub ein so durchdachtes Familienangebot und Barrierefreiheit vorgefunden. Daneben auch ganz ganz freundliches Restaurant- und Rezeptionspersonal und außergewöhnlich gute Küche…. Großes Lob! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder
