the SPA area and opening hours

a few members of staff did not speak English and it was difficult to communicate; the Lodge rooms is located far from SAP area (had to cross the road to get to swimming pool and saunas- Lodge room is not located in the same building complex).

Great place to stay

Very good customer service. After some confusion with our booking we received a great deal from the hotel. Food in the restaurant is awesome and the spa very relaxing. Staff is very obliging in ever corner of the hotel.

Gut ausgestattetes Apartment inmitten schöner Natur.

Wunderbare Saunalandschaft. Schöner Pool. Tolle Hotelanlage. In unmittelbarer Nähe zur Bergbahn und zu schönen Spazierwegen.

Das Apartment war etwas klein, ansonsten mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Kopfkissen waren sehr unbequem. Die Matratzen ok. Liegestühle für die Terrasse wären gut. Es gibt nur die Luxusvariante beim Frühstück. Vielleicht Brötchenservice o.Ä. als Alternative?

Das Panoramahotel erfüllt in unseren Augen nicht das Niveau eines 4 Sterne Hotels.

Separate Rezeption für die Lodges/apartments, welches vorab nicht erläutert wurde. Bei Anreise musste man erst einmal zur Rezeption des Panoramahotels, um zu erfahren, dass man noch weiter laufen muss! Die Frühstückskosten waren nicht eindeutig ausgewiesen. Es gab im Zimmer auf dem iPad, auf dem die Kommunikation läuft, ein Angebot von 27€ p.P., aber wenn man es buchen will, waren es 36,50€/p.P.. Wir finden das eh sowieso vollkommen überzogen! Es gab eine Jause von 12-14 Uhr leckere frische Salate und Suppen. Von 14:30-16 Uhr super Torten und Kuchen. Der Eingangsbereich im Panoramahotel ist ein wenig kahl und nicht sehr einladend. Der Poolbereich ist gegen 16 Uhr vollkommen überfüllt und wird nicht aufgeräumt. Babys dürfen auch im Pool baden 🥺. Auch keine gesonderten Zeiten für Kinder im Pool! Der Ruherraum ist hell erleuchtet und die Liegen sind wie in einem Konferenzsaal aufgestellt 🥺.. sehr ungemütlich..

- Insgesamt schöne und freundliche Atmosphäre - Absolut Hundefreundlich (Napf, Kissen, Handtuch), netter Infozettel für Hunde, kein Treppensteigen - obwohl ich mit Hund gereist bin, schönes Zimmer - Zimmerservice und Chat, wenn es Probleme gibt - leckeres Essen aufs Zimmer, Frühstück aufs Zimmer

- dafür kann das Hotel nichts, aber ich hatte direkt neben meinem Hotelzimmer die Kartbahn der Seilbahn und lärmende Menschen. Ich weiß nicht, ob die immer dort ist, aber wer Ruhe sucht, hat ein Problem - kein Gefrierfach (für Barfer ungünstig)
