When we checked into our lodge, we were unfortunately met with construction work taking place on a neighbouring property. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating and kindly relocated us to a room in the main hotel without any hassle. Overall, the staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and responsive to any requests we had. We genuinely felt that they were willing to go out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
The food, while served as a five-course dinner, was well prepared but felt slightly underwhelming compared to the otherwise excellent overall experience. That said, it was a convenient and pleasant option to have, and the dinner service between 18:00 and 20:00.

Sehr schönes Zimmer mit toller Aussicht im Lodge Haus, top Ausstattung, im Hotel ist alles sehr hochwertig und toll eingerichtet, das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, top Frühstück, lediglich 30€ pro Tag und Hund finde ich nicht angemessen.

Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Bequeme Betten und toller Balkon. Tolles Frühstück gegenüber im Panorama Hotel war bei unserer Buchung mit inkludiert. Parkplatz gibt es direkt vor der Tür.
