Location to the seafront & restaurants was ideal. Apartment beautifully furnished to a high standard. Extremely peaceful & relaxing. Everything you needed was there, Netflix was a bonus too!! Host was very helpful, organised a taxi for us into Zadar & also lent my daughter a phone charger. Highly recommend!!

Good

The owner was very nice and friendly, great contact, she responded quickly to every message. Apartment clean, consistent with the photos. Basic cooking utensils in the kitchen. Well-functioning WiFi. In the yard there is a table and a bench under a roof, where you can drink coffee in the morning. Efficient air conditioning and external blinds that protect against heat. Possibility to park the car.

Unfortunately, not everything was perfect. For two adults we were given two small towels, which is a misconception when you have to shower twice a day in hot weather for a minimum. After two days we asked for new ones, we got two small towels again ... which theoretically after two days should be replaced with new ones again, but it wasn't. There are no cloths in the kitchen. Small amounts of toilet paper in the bathroom, after the intervention, we were given an additional ONE roll. Everything seems to be calculated. No hair dryer which was supposed to be, no toiletries which for this apartment price should be as it's not cheap 100 Euro a night at all. However, lying to the description that the rooms are soundproofed is a shame! For a week of our stay, we slept maybe two nights, from the apartment above you can hear every shuffling of chairs, pounding something on the floor, screams, as far as I know, not only we were complaining about these troublesome guests, and the owner did nothing about it. Sewage on the floor !!!

The neighborhood was nice. Modern design of apartment.

The sewers was broken since our arrival and the sewage was coming out of a hole in the floor in the corridor. When the owners came to repair it, for the second time, the whole apartment started to smell so bad that we had to leave immediately, especially it was in the basement with practically no windows.

Higly recommended accommodation

Comfy room, fully equiped kitchen, perfectly clean. Private parking. Quiet place, any loud noise during night. The host was very pleasant and helpful. There was absolutly nothing to criticise.

If you are travelling with dog, extra cost will be charged.

Loved the apartment, perfect for this price.

The place was really cool, I liked the furniture, everything was really nice and modern. I could just recommend to everyone.

One minor inconvenience was that there were no "equipment" in the apartment. only 1 toilet paper, 3 capsule for washing machine and that was all. We bought toilet papers, soap, shampoo. The towels provided was too little and coffee, salt, sugar basic kitchen stuff would have been highly appreciated. So overall this are minor stuff from the host's side but means a lot for the guests.

the baths are renovated. There is airconditioner available, the kitchen is equiped. There is a garage and a covered parking spot.

The beds are more than 1 meter high. It can be dangerous both for kids and for adults. Because of the highness it is also uncomfortable to climb up there. The floor was covered by dog hair. The hot plate with gas smoked, there is no microwave oven in the kitchen. We ran out of hot water both evenings.

New buildig, new furniture, all for us important we need was in the appartment. Car parking in front of the door. Nice host. Good kommunication.

Microwawe in the kitchen has too short eletric wire. We must put the micro every time from the frigo to the desk for use. It is not comfortable, all other things were super.

The property had great terrace and grill zone

We could hear everything that our neighbors made, all night they made a lot of noise with furniture. It’s seems that they wanted to change their place. So we could’t sleep at all that night. Also all apartments smaller than in photos, please keep in mind the sq m in booking . We found near 4 apartments with better place for almost same price ( we pay 49eur, 50 meters with swimming pool price was 54 eur for 4 people). Beach is also not worth to go, Croatia has much more to show than Bibinje beach

Obsługa, lokalizacja, dostępność. Ładnie i czysto, otwarta opiekunka i bardzo pomocna. Polecam z czystego serca. Blisko do plaży i dogodnie do sklepu.

Idealne miejsce na rodzinny wypoczynek! Apartament czysty, zadbany, z dobrze wyposażoną kuchnią, klimatyzacją i wygodnym

Miejsce idealne na rodzinny wypoczynek! Byliśmy tu z małą córeczką przez 6 dni i jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni. Apartament był czysty, ładnie urządzony i dobrze wyposażony – w kuchni jest wszystko, czego potrzeba, dodatkowo klimatyzacja działa bez zarzutu. Każdy apartament ma własny taras, a nam trafił się ten bardziej na uboczu, więc mieliśmy pełen komfort i spokój. Materac był bardzo wygodny, co też zrobiło różnicę w jakości wypoczynku. Na miejscu dostępne jest darmowe WiFi, a właścicielka to przesympatyczna osoba, która naprawdę bardzo się starała, żeby goście czuli się jak najlepiej. Kontakt przez WhatsApp był możliwy w każdej chwili, co bardzo ułatwia pobyt. Lokalizacja również świetna: do piekarni, małego sklepu, restauracji czy kameralnej plaży jest ok. 7 minut spacerkiem, a na główną plażę około 10 minut. W pobliżu znajduje się także market Spar, idealny na większe zakupy. Ogromnym plusem jest bliskość Zadaru – w kilka minut można dojechać i pozwiedzać. Zdecydowanie polecam – miejsce godne uwagi zarówno dla rodzin, jak i osób szukających spokojnego wypoczynku.

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo

Buona posizione vicina sia alla strada costiera Magistrala che a diversi ristoranti, negozi e alla spiaggia di Bibinje. Proprietaria gentile e disponibile. Cortile spazioso con tavolo e sedie al coperto per mangiare, una doccia e lo stendino. Spazio per parcheggiare.

L'interno del nostro appartamento era piccolo per 4 persone. Uno dei due letti era in soggiorno comunicante con la cucina, subito davanti alla porta d'ingresso. Anche se il cortile spazioso compensava il poco posto all'interno, questa potrebbe essere una soluzione poco adatta a gente che vuole stare larga. Avevamo anche un bagno cieco con la ventola che non funzionava e non c'è stata la possibilità da parte della proprietaria di aggiustarla.

Bardzo sympatyczni Gospodarze. Świetna lokalizacja, czysto, cisza ,spokojna okolica, blisko do plaży restauracji, sklepu i piekarni. Fajna baza na wypady do Zadaru i do Preko. Polecam plaże Punta ,troszkę spacerku do niej ,ale warta tego, obok marina z jachtami .
