The detached holiday home is rustic and furnished in the typical regional style. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the valley and its quiet, sunny location. For exclusive use are available: parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture.

Sukošan. The holiday home is located on a 3000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house is located in the small place Sukošan, 50 m from the sea. The distance to the center is 1.2 km.
Restaurant, snack bar, pizzeria, cocktail bar, bakery and grocery store are about 100 m away. The nearest ambulance service is 1.5 km away. The holiday home offers its guests complete privacy and a beautiful fenced garden with a large courtyard, ideal for relaxing moments.
The pine cottage is a perfect accommodation for two families.
Boat trips to the Kornati islands are organized daily from Zadar, national parks Plitvice, Krka and Paklenica can be visited in a day trip.
