This is wonderful property which we would highly recommend in a lovely location. Fantastic.

The property has a perfect location. Across the road from the sea and very close to bars/restaurants. Exceptional view overlooking the bay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and Kolinda and Roko were very friendly and helpful. The kitchen area had everything we needed for our stay. Each apartment is different- we had an apartment for 2 adults, (others seemed bigger), so we can only comment on ours. We had a private balcony at the back which caught the sun every morning. We loved it. Our front balcony, (which got the sun during the day / evening), was the turn area on a flight of stairs- so not private - but it had a fantastic view over the bay and was reserved for us only. It turned out to be a great way to meet other guests and make new friends. Smoking was allowed on the balconies but not, of course, in the apartments themselves. Altogether a fantastic property. We would 100% return again.

One area for improvement would be for the fridge to have a small freezer compartment so that you could make some ice.

It is a perfect stay very close to Zadar, where you can chill and relax.

The hosts are amazing, I enjoyed talking to them! The location is just perfect, close to the restaurants, beach, shops, ,etc. The terrace is huge, with all the equipment to enjoy it during any time. The bed is super comfy.

Lovely place to stay

Place was very clean, location was brilliant, nice and relaxing place to sit. Road right outside but not noisy and beach area is literally just to the right of apartment Owners were lovely and helpful too

Amazing host + cleanliness

We stayed only 1 night so i can´t say much about the location and things to do around it. But our flight was 3 hours delayed, the super friendly lady of the reception stayed in contact with us and handed us over the key with a smile even though it was 2AM. We were so tired from the long delay+travels, so happy to be able to check in. Many many many thanks!!! The apartment was super clean, spacious and we had some drinks and snacks in our fridge.

Superb

Seaside view, cleanliness, location, amenities. Probably one the best locations in Bibinje to stay in.

We had booked and paid for a seaside view room, clearly stated in the confirmation. However, at check in the owner said seaside is not free and located us to a 'garden' view room, which was basically kinda like a maid's studio with maintenance balcony stuffed in btw construction site and road with no views anywhere. We made a complaint and the next day the suddenly the seaside view room was free with 100€ extra payment. We just paid because the prices were soaring if we would have had to change the accommodation last minute. The owner blamed booking and booking blamed the owner. Dunno whose fault was it but seeing the past reviews this situation is not uncommon in this apartmani.

Lovely spot with a beautiful view over the local marina. Everything you needed in the apartment. Clean and spacious . Comfortable bed. Would definitely recommend

Shower needs a bit of attention. Ac also needs looking at. Struggling to maintain temperature with doors closed. Dripping water into the room Small issues.

Fantastic apartment with great views.

The photos are very representative and the water/harbour is literally across the road which is lovely. The apartment was spotless, fresh and the beds were very comfortable. The hosts were lovely and very friendly.

Nothing to dislike really. The area is quiet, but that's only an issue if you want more of a buzz.

Lovelly apartment

Perfect apartment for a couple that wants to visit Zadar, but avoid the traffic and the noise from the city, this location is perfect. Is 15 min away from the city, with water view. Big patio, had everything that you need in the kitchen.

Зручне розташування - швидко добиратись до аеропорта. Дуже привітні господарі. В помешканні є все необхідне для комфортного проживання.

Субʼєктивно хотілося б більше приватності - є велика тераса і вона виходить на дорогу та набережну. Але це особливості розташування будівлі.

Strávili sme v apartmáne predĺžený víkend, všetko bolo v poriadku, veľmi sme spokojní.

Prístup majiteľov.

Trošku hlučné v noci, nakoľko apartmán je priamo v centre, v piatok a v sobotu boli koncerty do 4 ráno. Tiež ráno hluk od aút z cesty.

Хозяин встретил, все показал, рассказал где что есть, даже помог вещи поднять на третий этаж, предложил матрасики на пляж. Стоило только написать в Booking, как через несколько минут уже был ответ. Это очень приятно. Есть парковочное место для машины, рядом с домом. Есть кондиционер. Пляжи: первый пляж две 3 минуты, второй пляж – минут 10. Рядом променад, вечером можно прогуляться. С верхнего этажа прекрасный вид на закате. Это место куда хочется снова вернуться.

У нас остались только приятные воспоминания, об этом месте.

Дуже гарне розташування, на береговій лінії моря. Море чисте і блакитне. Господиня апартаментів зустріла о 12 годині ночі, ввічливо заселила. Все чисто, в номері все є для повноцінного прожиття. Успіхів і всього самого найкращого господині. Дякую вам велике)

Wenn die Wassersanierung vorbei ist, wieder ein schönes ruhiges Städtchen vor der Toren von Zadar

Wohnung in der 2.Etage hat einen direkten Blick zum Wasser. Bilder wie bei booking.com eingestellt. Sonnenuntergang herrlich.

Der Ort ist zur Zeit eine Dauerbaustelle, viele Zufahrtsstraßen sind gesperrt. Es gibt keine Hinweise. Ab 07:00 Ihr gehen die Preßlufthämmer, Straßen provisorisch mit Splitt zugeschüttet, Vorsicht mit dem Auto. Für den Zustand kann der Vermieter natürlich nichts, es hatte mit Erholung nichts zu tun.

Много места в номере, большая терраса, на кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления еды. Мы были зимой и в номере было очень тепло.
