Exceptional

The town, the sorrounding area and the road which lead us to the hotel is amazing. The accomodation is brand new, clean and extremely comfortable. All dishes we ordered were very delicious, and nicely prepared. Never ending possibilities for nordic walking and hiking or visiting passways nearby by car. We enjoyed all the days we spent there with our big family dog. :) We will come back again!!!

Wunderschöne, ruhige Lage oberhalb von Meran – perfekt zum Abschalten und Wandern. Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich herzlich, und Rolands Kochkünste sind einfach fantastisch! Große, saubere Zimmer und ein Ort zum rundum Wohlfühlen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Früher abgereist

Gefallen hat uns die Ruhe und das Frühstück.

Schon der Empfang war herzlos, ganz anders als bei den vielen bisherigen Unterkünften im Südtirol. Kurz das Zimmer gezeigt, kein Hinweis wo sich der Whirlpool befindet, keine Ausflugstipps, keine Guest Card usw. Ohnehin ist die Rezeption nicht besetzt für Rückfragen. Leider hört man abends die Gäste aus dem Restaurant. Überhaupt nicht gefallen haben uns die Matratzen, sehr hart und ungemütlich. Wir mussten mit Rückenschmerzen schon nach 3 von 5 Tagen abreisen. Leider wurde uns vom Hotel auch keine annehmbare Lösung angeboten. Auch von 2 anderen Gästepaaren haben wir von gleichen Problemen erfahren, die ebenfalls früher abreisen mussten. Generell hat sich kein Wohlgefühl eingestellt. Kein Interesse der Inhaber, keine Kommunikation, sehr beschwerliche Anreise über Serpentinen und dann auch kein Service. Dafür aber ein hoher Übernachtungspreis welcher in unseren Augen nicht gerechtfertigt ist und somit auch KEINE Empfehlung ausgesprochen werden kann.

Tolle Lage, ruhige, großzügige und gemütliche Zimmer mit Balkon. Super Küche (Abendessen) und leckeres Frühstück.

Das Ambiente, das sehr gepflegte Haus. Die Zimmer, die einen sehr angenehmen holzigen Duft verströmen, sowie die freundliche und natürliche Art der Gastgeber! Nicht zu vergessen, das köstliche Abendessen und das liebevoll gestaltete Frühstück haben wir sehr genossen und würden wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Zu guter Letzt die Sauberkeit der Zimmer und des gesamten Hotels.

Einen einzigen Minuspunkt möchten wir erwähnen: die Badgestaltung! Die Toilette ist, vermutlich aus Platzgründen, direkt in der Dusche integriert. Das ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Perfekt!!!!

Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Hier stimmt einfach alles, Sauberkeit, Ausstattung, Freundlichkeit…. Wir hatten noch das Menü am Abend bestellt, man merkt dass hier auf hohem Niveau gekocht wird. Es war ein perfekter Genuss! Die Lage ist optimal für Wanderungen, außerdem fährt direkt am Hotel der Bus nach Meran. Was will man mehr? Zusätzlich kann man noch den Whirlpool mit Blick auf die Alpen direkt auf der Terrasse nutzen. Was will man mehr????
