Great stay in the town of Milders where the apartment is located and would definitely go back.

Host, Landowner was a super host and meet us with a smile and very nice. She explained to us the activities in the Neustift im Stubai area during this Christmas season. Apartment was awesome and in a great location which took about 20 minutes to get to the glacier. The apartment is about 2km to the town of Neustift, which there are plenty of restaurants and cafes to eat and drink.

Everything was great and no issues with the apartment as it was perfect for the two of us.

Great place for Ski vacation

Location is perfect for Skiers heading for Stubaier Gletcher (bus stop, supermarkets, sports shop are all near by). Car can be parked inside the garage, with ski storage next to it. A heating device is provided for Ski shoes. Host is kind and helpful. Local information and a small X-mas tree were provided. The room is warm. The bed is very cozy. Last but not least, the studio is also very clean.

The light can't be completely isolated with the curtain and the (paper) blind. For winter, it's more or less acceptable, but for people who want to visit during other seasons and are sensitive to light, this could be improved.

Ottima location per godere del soggiorno allo Stubai!

La struttura è posizionata a ca. 2 km di distanza dal centro del paese di Neustift e nelle immediate vicinanze ci sono un supermercato, bar ed altri negozi. Dista una quindicina di km dagli impianti di risalita del ghiacciao ed in posizione ottima anche per raggiugere gli impianti degli altri comprensori sciistici della zona. Si gode di una vista bellissima sulle montagne. L'appartamento è fornito di tutto l'essenziale per il soggiorno. Estrema cura nella pulizia. Biancheria da letto e da bagno profumatissima. Letto con materassi e cuscini molto comodi. Attrezzatura da cucina nuova. Il plus è la Sig.ra Annelise, la proprietaria, gentilissima e sempre sorridente e molto attenta verso le esigenze degli ospiti.
