A unique place where you can relax

Super comfortable brand new apartment smelling fresh. Everywhere is clean, to keep it that way, you have to change your shoes. There is garbage segregation to save the environment. In the event of a failure, vacuum cleaner is available. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a set of all cleaning supplies (sponges, cloths, cleaning brush, coffee filters...). There is a fridge, microware, 2 type of coffee machines and an oven. A little minus is the small number of channels on the TV, but people come here to relax and cut themselves off from TV (that's why I don't put it in the minuses!!!). The bed is very comfortable and we sleep great! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to feel like at home. Bathroom with a shower, great towels, lots of shelves, a fancy hair dryer, and a cool illuminated mirror. The view from the windows is on the mountains and pastures and you can hear the birds singing. A few steps to the ski bus (2 ways!). 5 minutes to the Spar store. Recommendations: it's worth renting a ski box on the glacier - you don't have to carry all the equipment - hands free!!! Take the tram trip from Fulpmes to Innsbruck for the beautiful views. The owner, Melanie, is very nice, always ready to help and give advice. She is very well organized and has a soul and artistic sense, which can be see and admire in the interior decorations. We will gladly come back here again. Many thanks for great time. See you again!

Very close to the bus station, which we didnt use, we prefered our own car. Nice view, quiet during the night, easy acces to the street and parking with a key locked elevator. The apartment was very clean and equiped with everything we needed. The hosts were very nice, they gave us lots of tips and were responsive with our needs.

Superb

The host was very friendly and helpful, and offered advice on tours and hiking destinations. The apartment was perfectly clean and well equipped with all that we needed. We took full use of the Stubai super card that was included and gives access to use of cable cars swimming pools and more. A really good vacation.

Family Kartnaller was really nice. They welcome us when we arrived and showed us around. Every question was answered. Nice sauna in the garden. It was ready to use every time we requested. We really recommend this place. Close to the supermarket and bus station.k Kitchen was well equipped.

Wonderful holiday apartment

The room was great with all the facilities we needed for our stay.ir was fantastic to get a guest pass allowing us free use of buses and cable cars during our stay. Melanie and her family were lovely, really friendly and helpful. Melanie even helped me organise a birthday surprise for my husband. The sauna was really nice. There was covered parking for our car and a short walk to the bus stops. It's a wonderful area to explore and we will definitely go back

We hadden een prachtig appartement met mooi uitzicht. Het appartement had alles wat we nodig hadden. De eigenaresse Melanie vertelde ons alle info over het appartement en tips zoals dat er evenementen waren in de avond. Bushalte en supermarkt de Spar op loopafstand. Heerlijke privé sauna die je moet reserveren. Wij zouden dit appartement iedereen aanraden

Veramente perfetto, ci siamo trovati benissimo! Melanie è gentilissima, super accogliente e parla benissimo italiano. L’appartamento era pulito in maniera davvero impeccabile, sembrava di essere a casa propria… non un granello di polvere. Inoltre, accessoriato di tutto… non mancava assolutamente nulla! È evidente la grande cura e attenzione da parte dei proprietari, consiglierei a chiunque di soggiornarci. Posizione e vista molto belle. Grazie ancora per tutto 🙏🏻
