Great family winter holiday and if given the opportunity we would love to come back again.

For the second time we spent a great time in this apartment together with our children (2+2) during spring break. The apartment is in a great location, a short walk from the main road towards the glacier and in the other direction to the centre of Neustift. A 15 minute drive to the main Eisgrat/Gamsgarten car park to the glacier lifts. The apartment is adequately equipped, two separate bedrooms, living room with kitchenette, bathroom and toilet. TV in each room with the possibility to connect via apps to Netflix/Amazon, etc. All clean. Excellent is the shoe dryer by the door. Ski storage outside. Communication and attitude of the owner absolutely sensational. Very satisfied.

If we were to look for something where we could see a reserve, it would be the size of the kitchen. Wife would have welcomed a larger work surface and options for food storage. Nothing that couldn't be handled, though. Then everything would be absolutely perfect :-).

Met by the Host who spoke really good English and walked us around the properly explaining about all the facilities such as the heating, smart TV, WiFi codes, operating the boot warmers and the location of the on property ski locker. Bedrooms were big with great storage, bathroom and shower were great, kitchen was modern with high end kitchen items, coffee machine and all the utensils you could need.

Maybe some lamps in the lounge area rather than using the light over the table in the evenings…just to make it more cosy….but that just a very small detail.

Prožili jsme sice krátkou, ale skvělou dovolenou. Moc děkujeme panu hostiteli. Rádi se vrátíme.

Výborně vybaveny moderní apartmán, zařízení čisté, vše jako nové. Hostitel velmi ochotný. Ocenili jsme přístřešek pro auto, takže jsme nemuseli ráno čistit auto. Výborná poloha, hned vedle hlavní silnice směrem na ledovec. Vynikající poloha pro lyžaře, kteří si chtějí zalyžovat na stubaiskem ledovci.

Schönes Appartment

Modernes, neues Haus. Schöne Zimmeraufteilung. Gepflegtes Mobilar. Parken direkt vor dem Appartement möglich. Skilift in 15 km schnell erreichbar. Busstation ist auch in der Nähe.

Keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Bäcker fussläufig erreichbar. Kein Staubsauger vorhanden, wurde aber auf Nachfragen beim Vermieter zum einmaligen Gebrauch angeboten. Skistiefel- und Handtuchheizung werden über Smarthome durch den Vermieter reguliert und waren nur in der Nacht von 1-5 Uhr eingeschaltet. Dadurch heizte es sich nachts etwas unerwünscht auf.

Die perfekte Unterkunft für einen Urlaub im Stubaital

Das Ferienappartement war einfach perfekt für unseren Skiurlaub! Hans Jörg und seine Frau sind die perfekten Gastgeber, unglaublich freundlich und gehen auf alle Wünsche ein. Es war sehr sauber, geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten - Parkplatz, Skischuhwärmer, Brötchenservice - es fehlte an nichts. Die Lage direkt am Skigebiet war einfach unschlagbar, auch Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir können es nur wärmstens empfehlen und werden definitiv wiederkommen!

Skvělé, čisté, klidné ubytování

Krásné, čisté, prostorné ubytování. Velice milý a ochotný pan majitel. Cítili jsme se jako doma. Skvělá lokalita s krátkým dojezdem na ledovec, přitom dobře schovaná od ranní rušné ulice. Soukromé parkoviště přímo před penzionem. Rádi se znovu vrátíme 😊
