Superb Staudenhof

The apartment was spotlessly clean, well maintained and presented to the highest of standards. The owners were extremely accommodating, allowing us to check-in way before the allocated time. Even though the owners were not well, they ensured my wife and I were completely content with the apartment - first rate service.

Exceptional

Newly renovated one-bedder apartment. All essential facilities are included, and it makes for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Bjorn and Steffi are great hosts, with Bjorn coming over to say hi and check if things are all ok. The photos provided by the hosts were exactly what the apartment looked like when we arrived.

Milý a snaživý provozovatel

Byl to náš druhý pobyt v tomto ubytování. V porovnání s předchozím pobytem byl veliký rozdíl ve velikosti apartmánu. Nám přidělený byl o velikosti malého hotelového pokoje, což jsem při rezervaci nevěděl nebo přehlédl. Představa, že bychom chtěli v apartmánu využívat i kuchyně, je takřka nereálná.

Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub über Weihnachten. Die Wohnung ist top modern ausgestattet und sehr sauber, vor allem Küche und Bad sind auf dem neuesten Stand. Das Etagenbett im Wohnzimmer war perfekt für unsere beiden Kinder. Ein tolles Extra war das Entertainment-Angebot mit Disney+, Netflix und Prime Video am TV – purer Luxus! Die Vermieter sind super nett und unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. 100 % Weiterempfehlung!

Perfekter Spot im Stubaital

Wir waren 6 Tage mit unseren beiden Kindern zum Skifahren in der Region und haben uns in der Ferienwohnung rundherum wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist modern gestaltet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Viele große und kleine Faktoren heben sie Wohnung jedoch darüber hinaus von anderen Ferienwohnungen ab und ermöglichen einen außergewöhnlichen Aufenthalt (absolute Sauberkeit, sehr komfortable Betten, geschmackvolle Bett- und Bad-Textilien, passende Küchen-Elektrogeräte eines namhaften Herstellers, zwei Fernseher inkl.Streamingdiensten, hochwertige Körperpflegeprodukte, eine sehr sinnvoll durchdachte Skiaufbewahrung und Skischuh-Heizung und vor Allem sehr nette und engagierte Vermieter. Zudem ist die Lage der Wohnung sehr günstig. Die Skibushaltestellen Richtung Stubaier Gletscher und zur Schlick 2000 sind jeweils in 2 Min zu erreichen.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

Von vorne bis hinten, alles wunderbar!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern eingerichtet und obwohl das Zimmer etwas kleiner ist, wurde für alles gesorgt. Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher stehen separat direkt in einem Schrank neben der Tür zum Apartment. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen MPreis, einen Spar und einen Billa in denen man einkaufen kann. Die Besitzer des Hauses sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, das habe ich selten erlebt! Es gibt einen großen kostenlosen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Apartment. Die Lage ist top und der Ausblick ein Traum! Vor allem hatte ich das erste Mal das Gefühl das ich wirklich gut in dem Bett mit der Bettdecke geschlafen habe, das Bett war nicht zu hart, nicht zu weich. Und die Bettwäsche war sehr angenehm. Normalerweise sind die Kissen immer super hart, sodass man Nacken schmerzen davon bekommt. Das war hier alles nicht der Fall! Die Zimmer waren von oben bis unten sehr kundenfreundlich eingerichtet, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben und eine tolle Zeit hatten! Wir würden definitiv wieder kommen!

Hier kann man perfekt Urlaub machen

Rundum eine gelungene Unterkunft. Sauberes, modernes und komfortables Appartement, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Für die Preisklasse eine sehr hochwertige Ausstattung. Gerade das Bett war extrem gut. Gastgeber sind sehr auf das Wohl ihrer Gäste bedacht. Sie sind außergewöhnlich nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Hier stimmt alles !

Empfehlenswert, werde dort wieder hinfahren.

Die Anmietung des Appartements umfasste keine Servicezusatzleistungen. Wir haben uns selbst verpflegt. Die Kochnische verfügt über ein großes Fenster, große Staumöglichkeiten und gute Koch- sowie Geschirrausstattumg. Der Kühlschrank ist etwas größer als die deutsche DIN Norm. Vermieter geht sehr auf Gäste ein, unser Wunsch wegen zusätzlicher Geschirrutensilien wurde umgehend erfüllt. Hervorzuheben neben der modernen Einrichtung war auch die absolute Sauberkeit.

Mich hat nur gestört, dass die Ski zur Aufbewahrung in das 1.OG über eine sehr schmale Treppe transportiert werden mussten. Ein Skikeller war nicht da.

Wunderschöne Skitage in perfekter Umgebung ☺️

Super Lage mit schönem Blick auf Berge,Ski und Skischuhe kann man direkt vor der Wohnungstür deponieren👌Bushaltestelle ist gleich um die Ecke!Apartment sehr schön und ruhig gelegen ,alles da was man braucht und picobello!!!!Brötchen (große Auswahl)kann man problemlos bestellen.Alle wichtigen Infos hat Björn uns schon im Vorfeld zur Verfügung gestellt.Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft zu 100% weiter und sagen nochmals vielen Dank 😁👍
