Calm and clean stay close to Neustift!

Very friendly owner, clean accommodation, relaxing bed, and easy to reach with the bus.

There is no kitchen available, but they offer a waterboiler and some plates, so did not miss it.

Neat room and we felt very welcome

- Lovely hostess who was thinking with us were to store our paddle boards (to big for the room we booked). - Stubai card included! That was very nice so we could use the cable cars for free. - Nice view and big “balcony”

Unhelpful host

It was very clean.

The room was much smaller than appeared on the photos. Host was not helpful, we were not aloud to use the sauna although it was listed in the advertisement. The whole building was empty apart from us which felt weird. There was a common room but it was not open.

Superb

Good location in a beautiful Alpine valley. Great hiking opportunities all around. Free parking place next to the house. Three separate bedrooms for maximum six people, with also three separate bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Two roof-covered balconies to sit, relax and enjoy the view.

Small kitchen with limited ways to prepare dinner. Small oven only and the electric stove only has two heaters so only one large pan and one small pan can be heated at the same time. At a few places the doorways are low so tall people may sometimes bump their heads. Wi-fi strength is pretty weak at the top level. Some devices may not be able to connect at all or lose connection easily.

L'emplacement top, l'appartement impeccable, spacieux et tres bien équipée. Pas loin de toutes les attractions, nous avons lae bonus - le card Stubay pour tout les gratuites, a pas négliger. La propriétaire etait discrète mais tres gentille et serviable, un hôtel idéal🥰

Sehr gut mit Luft nach oben

Tolle Lage am Ende von Neustift und unweit zweier Bushaltestelle, von denen man alles Sehenswerte erreicht. Die Wohnung an sich ist sauber und es ist auch alles da, was es braucht. Auch die Terrasse ist schön und man hat einen tollen Blick runter ins Tal und auf die gegenüberliegenden Berge.

Es ist alles bereits ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, doch macht das nichts - muss man halt mögen oder akzeptieren. Die Aufteilung ist jedoch seltsam - da ein großes Bett im Wohnzimmer gegenüber des Fernsehers steht, mangelt es an einer gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeit und man muss mit der Eckbank in der Küche Vorlieb nehmen. Und die Tatsache, dass es gerade mal Salz und Pfeffer gibt, lässt mich immer ein wenig zweifeln - im Regelfall bleibt von den Vormietern immer Öl, Kaffee & Co. übrig. Hier leider nicht. Kein Vorwürfe, sondern nur eine Feststellung.
