Perfect location, perfect stay, perfect host

A wonderful stay. Rudi is a fantastic host, very communicative. The apartment is perfectly located between the Stubai Glacier and Schlick 2000. The interior is very clean and spacious, and the apartment has two bathrooms. It has a separate entrance, which provides a feeling of greater privacy. The kitchen is well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The bedrooms are spacious, with very comfortable mattresses and comfortable pillows. There are games in the cupboard for pleasant family evenings. The bathrooms are very clean, and towels are provided. Outside, there is a beautiful garden with swings for children. There is also a parking space.

Cosy and quiet place in a beautiful valley, with very friendly hosts!

We got what we hoped and more; A nice, quiet, cosy place convenient located, a 15 minute drive from the glacier. The hosts are very hospitable and the apartment is very well maintained and clean. It has everything you need, including a cupboard with familly games! Also the kitchen is well equiped with the necessary condiments like salt, pepper, oil and more. We also loved the garden with several seating areas. A SPAR supermarket is only a 1 minute drive (or 8 minute walk), for groceries and fresh bread rolls in the morning. Thanks for the wonderfull stay, Manuela and Rudi!

The house is well equipped. You have everything you need available. the garden is really amazing, with several seating area’s. We really loved it. The owners are very friendly and willing to help you if needed. we love to come back again

Beautiful location just outside the small city center. Neustift is also closeby with all facilities. The hosts were very friendly and helpful! I really enjoyed the view from the garden.

Com a casa!

El tracte dels propietaris és excel·lent. Són molt simpàtics i propers, i et fan sentir com a casa. Es preocupen de que tot estigui be, sempre tenen algun detalls addicional. L’apartament és molt bonic, amb un jardí molt cuidat. Hem estat dues setmanes fent trekking per la vall, i la situació és immillorable, ja que a molt poc temps de cotxe (o bus) estàs a l’inici de les excursions.

Heerlijke rustige locatie van alle gemakken voorzien. Hele fijne en vriendelijke gastheer en gastvrouw. Zij gaven je direct een enorm gevoel van welkom. Beide enorm bereid om je te helpen. Ben bekend in de omgeving en zoals ik Stubaital voor ogen heb, dat is deze locatie, de omgeving en deze lieve en gastvrije mensen.

Voor ons voldeed alles aan de verwachtingen en de wensen!!

Abbiamo soggiornato presso Haus Marco una settimana a luglio con 3 bimbi. I proprietari sono splendidi, gentili , disponibili, sempre presenti perché abitano sopra. Appartamento pulitissimo, spazioso, armadi ampi , letti comodi, cucina fornita di tutto il necessario, biancheria per il bagno in abbondanza, bel giardino spazioso e ben curato. Torneremo di sicuro! Super consigliato

Fantastyczne ferie zimowe w Stubai

Domek położony w bardzo dogodnej lokalizacji. Łatwy dojazd. Bardzo blisko przystanku ski-bus. Dojazd ski-busem do lodowca zajmuje około 20 minut. Tuż przy domku przebiega trasa przewidziana dla narciarzy biegowych oraz zimowa trasa spacerowa. W odległosci kilkuminutowego spaceru dobrze wyposażony sklep. Pyszne jedzenie w okolicznych restauracjach. Domek wyposażony we wszystko co jest potrzebne, wszelkie sprzęty kuchenne, zmywarka, ekspres do kawy itp. W domku było bardzo przytulnie, czysto, ciepło i wygodnie. Gospodarze przemili, bardzo gościnni i pomocni. Dziękujemy za gościnę:)
