Beautiful apartment in a nice location, with superb view – unfortunately, staff not helpful at all

Very nice apartment, having all the facilities. Excellent location, with super nice view.

The reception staff was disappointing… Many times, nobody was there. Absolutely no English speaking, zero proactivity to recommend something and no possibility to ask anything. Very bad pillows and, combined with the previous comment, no possibility to do anything about it.

Very comfortable with great location and view.

Very nice house with great location and view. Enough parking places, Penny market just 4 minutes by walk, the same distance with ski bus. The apartment was great with two bedrooms (each with balcony), two bathrooms and toilets and one big kitchen / living room. The host - Ms. Kindle was very kind, helpful and easy to communicate. Everything was totally clean and well prepared (incl. all equipment). We saw the mountains from the bed:) There was also a possibility to use a wellness in hotel Kinder just opposite our house but we did not have enough time for it.

It was perfect stay. Great flat, 3 bedrooms, 2 beautiful bathrooms. Equipment was more than complete.And the owner, Frau Kindl, helpful, kind, it was great to see you this season. We will back next year.

We had to find a new apartment because what we booked was unavailable. We didn't stay at Landhaus Severn even one night. The owner doesn't speak English.

It was fantastic

The view was fantastic , the size of apartment was great, well equipped kitchen. Although apartment doesn’t have washing machine it is provided in the basement free of charge. Another plus is the access to the spa in the nice hotel across the street.

Recommended

The accommodation is clean, there is enough parking space in front of the building, the supermarket is in a walking distance as well the skibus stop. The big plus is a free entry to the swimming pool and wellness in the neighbouring hotel. Frau Kindl is really kind and friendly!

There was not much space in our room and no dining table. The payment is accepted in cash only.

Exceptional

The apartment was very well designed, spacious and clean. The location is near the road to Subai, which makes it easy to travel to the slopes. The access to the saunas and swimming pool in Hotel Kindl is an additional plus of the stay. There is enough parking space and the Landhaus is near the cross-country ski trails. The host is a very nice person and is very helpful.

Great stay, would love to come back!

Lovely hostess who was always available and super friendly. Due to Covid restriction the hotel across the street was closed and therefor the pool could not be used. However, the owner arranged an alternative at a beautiful hotel a few minutes away with a beautiful indoor and indoor/outdoor pool and spa. wonderful!! my daughter received bonbons on arrival and there was a bottle of wine for me, what more could you wish for. Beds were supremely comfortable, everything was nice and clean. When we decided to leave a day early due to bad weather on the mountain where we wanted to ski, we didn't even have to pay for the last night which I was more than willing to do. one word: WOW! we'll be back. Thank you for the lovely stay.

We had the top floor studio, the one pictured with the columns by the bed area. The apartment is separted by a door to the guest room next door (locked/blocked off for access), however sound travels easily through the door, so you could hear conversations next door. But as it wasn't a party crowd, no problems there.

Ładny,duży apartament z pięknym widokiem. Bardzo komfortowy. Zlokalizowany w małym, spokojnym miasteczku . 200m od przystanku autobusowego/ skibusa , którym dojedziemy na wszystkie stoki w okolicy- Stubai, Schlick 2000, Elfer itd . W pobliżu market ,mały stok do nauki jazdy, ścieżki do spacerów .Goraco polecam
