The location, cleanliness, room size
The building echoes and has the thinnest walls, so you hear every word and snore of the people in the rooms next to you, the owner was super loud every morning, and made us pay the taxes again that we showed her the receipt that booking already charged us for. The owner also walked in on us without knocking while we were getting dressed. The rooms need some carpets to dim the sound to help guests sleep better and have more privacy.
