Great location, very short walk to the Cascate Del Mulino. Lovely private property and spacious 1/2 a house.

The lightening in the second bedroom is very poor and could not get any TV channels.

It could be usable (in case of proper cleaning) for 4 persons max!

Location was ideal. It is about 100m from Cascate del Mulino. It is the nearest accomodation you can get, including parking by the house, Lockable entry gate, wifi, heating.

The equipment was bad. No jug kettle, no microwave oven, no washing machine, no toilet paper, old caffee cartridge left in coffeemaker, fungus in coffeemakers water tank , fungus in shower, grime on the cutlery, rusty dryer, cracks on the garden grill, bag of ash in the garden grill, bed sheet on the extra bed was dirty ( of blood ), extra bed was shaky and very uncomfortable.

Az, hogy aljas módon, az utazás napján 4 órával a szállás elfoglalása előtt lemondták a kétéjszakás foglalásunkat 🤮🤮🤮🤮 Másnap, tehát még az érvényes foglalásunk ideje alatt, egy német autó állt benn, tetőcsonagtartóval a tetején 🥴🥴🥴Éppen pakoltak be az apartmanba!!! Nyilvánvaló vendégek voltak, és feltételezhetően több időre foglalták le, mint mi... Ezért rúgtak ki minket!! Gazemberek!!! Kártérítésésért fogunk folyamodni ☝️ Minden lehetséges fórumon feljelentjük őket, bizonyítékaink birtokában!!! ☝️

Abgeschlossener, privater Parkplatz, Das Häuschen liegt schön in einem Garten. Lage zur Therme optimal (1 Min. zu Fuß ). Nachts absolut ruhig

Kleiderbügel viel zu wenig, Waschmaschine fehlt. Lage zur Therme optimal, ansonsten nächster Ort 3 km , gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 15 km entfernt

Una casetta fantastica accanto ad un angolo di paradiso.

Quando hai quasi paura a parlar troppo bene di un alloggio, perché temi di non trovarlo più disponibile la volta successiva… La casa è davvero carina: tetto con travi a vista, due camere spaziose e un angolo cottura piccolo ma funzionale. Divano letto in sala comodo, cosa non scontata. Presenti TV e wifi, che però non abbiamo usato. Molto bella anche l’area esterna: un ampio porticato all’ombra, perfetto per mangiare fuori, barbecue pronto alla griglia, e un giardino enorme con due lettini all'ombra dei... credo fossero pini. Parcheggio interno è un plus notevole, considerando il luogo. La posizione infatti è unica: il cancello della casa è letteralmente a 20 metri dalle terme, all'interno dell'area pedonale. Personalmente non ho mai trovato una sistemazione così pratica e vicina ad un luogo di interesse. Esci di casa in ciabatte e asciugamano, e vai diretto alle terme, mattina, pomeriggio o notte! Pulizia ottima: avevamo chiesto particolare attenzione perché il nostro figlio più piccolo è allergico alla polvere, e questa volta la richiesta è stata presa sul serio (cosa rara). Host gentilissimo e disponibile. Siamo stati solo una notte, di passaggio al rientro dalle ferie, ma sicuramente torneremo con più calma, magari con amici prendendo entrambe le casette. Che dire… perfetto. 10 e lode.

Месторасположение просто шикарное - в десяти шагах от источника , есть стоянка . Можно пойти хоть поздно вечером и рано утром просто вход за воротами . Помимо месторасположения - отличный домик с двумя спальнями , фото не передает . Есть гриль во дворе. Вообще дворик чудесный. Чистое белье, мыло душ отличные. Не работал чайник и газовая плита . Или мы торопились …

В торопях не смогли сделать чай утром , но зато успели накупаться

Dom so všetkým čo potrebujete

Všetko bolo na jednotku. Úžasná poloha,ak ste prišli kvôli kaskádam,je to za plotom- tam k dispozícii sprcha za eurový žetón,wc aj reštaurácia. Veľmi príjemná a milá ubytovateľka. Vybavenie jedno z najlepších,v dome je všetko čo potrebujete. Dá sa grilovať. Celkovo je dom väčší,ako pôsobí na fotkách. Kúsok,cca 5km je veľmi pekné mestečko s pekárňou,mäsiarstvom,kaviarničkami..Boli sme veľmi spokojní.

Ferienhaus unmittelbar bei den Kasladen

Die Lage ist ideal, wenn man sich ein paar Tage oder mehr das warme schwefelhaltige Wasser in und auf den Kaskaden von Saturnia gönnen möchte.Vom Gartentor zu den Kaskaden sind es rund 50 m. Das Auto kann auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück abgestellt werden. Hier findet sich auch zwischen den Bäumen ein schattiges Plätzchen für die Gartenliegen. Die Ausstattung der Küche. ist etwas schlicht, gut Selbstversorger aber ausreichend.. Ein und Auschecken geschah kontaktlos. Die war Kommunikation per WhatsApp völlig unproblematisch, im Bedarfsfall mit schneller Reaktion.

Ein Zimmer der "Doppelhaushälften" grenzt an den unmittelbar angrenzenden Bungalow. Hier ist es sehr hellhörig. (Ansonsten bekommt man von den Nachbarn mit separatem Grundstück kaum etwas mit.)

100% relax e natura di fianco alle cascate termali, proprietari super!

Posizione strepitosa, letteralmente di fianco alle cascate termali dove - a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte - ci si può rilassare nelle vasche naturali in un contesto naturale davvero unico e spettacolare. La casa è comoda, ha un grande giardino e soprattutto i proprietari si sono dimostrati estremamente reattivi, cortesi e disponibili e hanno immediatamente risolto un piccolo problema che si era creato.

La casa è un po' umida, credo sia normalissimo vista la posizione vicino alle piscine naturali, ma basta accendere il riscaldamento un paio d'ore la sera per avere un ambiente gradevolissimo. Immagino che in estate il problema non si ponga affatto, quindi davvero zero preoccupazioni.

La posizione perfetta a 50 metri dalle cascatelle. La gentilezza e disponibilità della proprietaria , la pulizia della casa , la comodità dei letti, la casa completa di tutti gli utensili per cucinare, i condizionatori in ogni stanza. Tardo autunno alle terme

Casa molto bella in posizione insuperabile, a poche decine di metri dalle terme libere di Saturnia. Esci di casa in accappatoio e ti immergi nelle acque calde senza bisogno di portare con te i vestiti per cambiarti, valori, telefono ecc. bastano le chiavi di casa :-)

Ако има оценка 11, 12, 13... бих я дала. Разположението на къщата надмина всичките ни очаквания. Можеш да отидеш до водопадите по чехли и халат... колкото пъти искаш на ден. В мястото за настаняване имаше всички удобства от които се нуждаехме. Огромни благодарности на Ерика. Тя ни намери транспорт от каскадите до Албиния в неделя и то на много добра цена. Благодарим ти Ерика отново, ти си много добър човек.

Няма такова нещо. Забравих да напиша горе за прекрасната градина и въобще кипарисите около мястото за настаняване. Няма по-добро място за настаняване от това - мястото на Ерика. Благодарим.
