Charming and steps from the Piazza in Saturnia

The apartment is conveniently located a very short distance from the Piazza. Maira lives right next door and was very welcoming when we arrived. She was very helpful to us with arranging a taxi to get to our next destination and transportation to Terme di Saturnia. The little town of Saturnia is charming with a few nice restaurants and a gelateria where you can also get a spritz. The local cats visit the outdoor seating in the restaurants, which is a plus if you like that sort of thing.

Saturnia is not an easy location to get to without a car. Unfortunately, our rental car plans fell through, so we were at a disadvantage. If you have to use the local bus it is called Autolinee Toscane and there is an app you can use for tickets. It also covers a wide range, and you can use the app in Firenze (Florence). Taxi from Saturnia to neighboring cities can be expensive. Be prepared to speak Italian or use a translator.

Great location and host!

Host was super sweet and pleasant. Location was great. Appreciated having 2 bathrooms.

The larger beds werent comfortable and in one of the rooms the ac was not working but there was a fan. It was still too warm at night with the fan only

A lovely, clean home close to the village piazza, with everything you need for a long or short stay.

Location of the house to the centre of the village. Clean and tidy, well maintained. Off street parking provided.

The house fronts a road that is used to reach the piazza, and if you open the main bedroom windows, there is traffic noise. However an excellent air cooler was provided in the bedroom to keep the room cool during the night.

Didn’t have a breakfast. Getting the keys was a smooth process. Ran out of hot water. I’m done. I don’t have any more to say. You have to type a lot to make the bar turn green.

Maira lives opposite and is very friendly. Lovely very clean apartment in the centre of Saturnia. You need a car to get to Le Terme though, and you can park outside the ground floor apartment.

A CIDADE É DA EPOCA DOS ROMANOS ,MAS E PEQUENA PLANA NO ALTO DE UM MORRO O COMERCIO E TUDO FAMILIAR,É UMA TRAQUILIDADE , PENA QUE PARA IR A CASCATA DE MOLINO NÃO TEM TRANSPORTE , TIVEMOS QUE IR A PE, MAS VALEU A PENA ,A AGUA E VULCANICA, PRA APROVEITAR MELHOR TEM QUE SE HOSPEDAR MAIS DE TRES NOITES E ALUGAR UM CARRO EM GROSSETO QUE FICA A UNS 60 KMS, A PROPRIETARIA MAIRA É UM AMOR DE PESSOA COM OS OUTROS MORADORES QUE ENCONTRAMOS AINDA TEM OBRAS ROMANAS

Appartamento confortevole in un'ottima posizione, molto comodo sia per vivere Saturnia che per raggiungere le Terme.
