Lägenheten ligger mitt i centrum med alla restauranger och affären på några stegs avstånd. Mycket smidig in- och utcheckning. Lägenheten var ren och och bekväm. Uteplatsen var privat och mysig. Vi kunde parkera bilen presis framför lägenheten. Allt var bara toppen.

The apartment is conveniently located a very short distance from the Piazza. Maira lives right next door and was very welcoming when we arrived. She was very helpful to us with arranging a taxi to get to our next destination and transportation to Terme di Saturnia. The little town of Saturnia is charming with a few nice restaurants and a gelateria where you can also get a spritz. The local cats visit the outdoor seating in the restaurants, which is a plus if you like that sort of thing.
Saturnia is not an easy location to get to without a car. Unfortunately, our rental car plans fell through, so we were at a disadvantage. If you have to use the local bus it is called Autolinee Toscane and there is an app you can use for tickets. It also covers a wide range, and you can use the app in Firenze (Florence). Taxi from Saturnia to neighboring cities can be expensive. Be prepared to speak Italian or use a translator.
