La casa e’ davvero deliziosa! Molto spaziosa e c’è davvero tutto ..grazie al proprietario che ci ha assistito nel trovarla e ci ha fatto trovare caffè..biscotti per la colazione! 5 min di camminata e si arriva nel centro del borgo!

jolie maisonnette près des thermes mais accès vers la porte d'entrée à modifier

la maison est coquette et près des thermes de Saturnia qui sont en plein air et accessible gratuitement. Parking aisé à une centaine de mètre du logement

l'accès au logement se fait par le jardin. Il y a un chemin en béton qui mène à un escalier également en béton vers la porte d'entrée de la maison. Il y a un gros soucis avec cet escalier. Il y a un vide entre chaque marche et l'escalier n'avance pas suffisamment sur le chemin en béton. Si on arrive un peu tard le soir et qu'il fait noir on ne voit pas qu'il y a un vide entre le chemin et l'escalier. C'est un vrai danger que l'hôte doit absolument résoudre. Je m'y suis rendue le 2 octobre à 21h et mon pied s'est placé dans ce vide. Je suis tombée violemment et me suis fait deux très gros hématomes au bras et au genou. J'ai prévenu l'hôte par téléphone pour lui signaler ma chute et l'accès dangereux vers la porte d'entrée.

Bello appartamento, facile da trovare e tranquillo in un borgo fantastico e a pochi km dalle terme di Saturnia.

Non trovare nessuno a riceverti e nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua nel frigo. Arrivando la sera tardi sarebbe stato utile.

Sympatyczny apartament w niewielkiej urokliwej miejscowości. Dobrze wyposażony. Warto zobaczyć stare miasto. Bardzo blisko do świetnych term Saturnia, Pitigliano czy urocze Sorano. Dobrze wyposażony.

Schöner Aufenthalt am Fusse des malerischen Örtchens

Sehr grosszügig. Mit dem Auto oder dem Fahrrad kann man die berühmten ind einmalig schönen Cascate del Mulino (heisse Quellen) gut erreichen.

L'appartamento era pulitissimo, ben attrezzato con tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa. Molto piacevole anche la parte esterna. Un dettaglio molto apprezzato: caffè e tè disponibili all’arrivo, una piccola attenzione che fa la differenza. Posizione comoda, a pochi minuti in macchina dalle terme. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca comfort e relax.

Struttura a 5 minuti dalle cascate del mulino. Casa accogliente e pulitissima. Arrivando in moto, c'è un parcheggio coperto sotto l'appartamento. Self Check in. Il paese di Montemerano si raggiunge a piedi in 5 minuti.

Accertarsi che tutto funzioni

Appartamento molto spazioso ci sono due camere da letto,un bagno senza finestra,un ampio soggiorno con smart tv e una cucina moderna che dispone di tutto il necessario.Inoltre si trova a due passi dal centro storico di Montemerano e a pochi km dalle terme di Saturnia.

Purtroppo la nota dolente che devo riscontrare è nel riscaldamento in quanto appena arrivati e per fortuna presto alle 15 in pieno inverno l appartamento era una ghiacciaia,senza i riscaldamenti accesi e con un finestrone della camera da letto aperto,morale della favola la caldaia fuori dall appartamento era spenta e tra l altro non funzionante al 100% che per fortuna sono riuscito a risolvere.Penso di dire al proprietario che siano accortezze da tenere molto in considerazione tanto più che è inverno e ci sono volute molte ore per far riscaldare l ambiente e se ci fosse stata una famiglia con bambini piccoli?

Une très agréable expérience.

Espace rationnel, très propre, très lumineux, très confortable avec jardinet, terrasse et parking couvert. Idéalement situé dans un beau village avec des restaurants de qualité, accessibles à pied. Au cœur de la région pour les visites. Hôtes attentifs sans être envahissant. Que du bonheur !

Manque un peu de vaisselle si on veut cuisiner tous les jours sur place, mais vu le nombre de restaurants, vraiment pas un gros problème.
