Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay here. Set back from the main road, the guesthouse offers a peaceful and quiet environment. Spacious rooms surround a beautifully lush garden, creating a very relaxing atmosphere. Ketut, the owner, is always ready to help with anything you need.

For the price you're paying you cannot complain about small things.

Very warm welcome awaits you 😊

Ketut picked us up from our previous hotel and made us feel very welcome right away. We loved the free breakfast 🤤 They were amazing with my laundry at very low cost. Ketut drove us to where we could walk up to see the sunset. He arranged scooter hire for us. The rooms were very comfortable and kept clean throughout our stay. Ketut advised us there was a cremation ceremony going on just outside so we got to see that which was amazing. He also drove us to our next accommodation for a very reasonable cost. Location was good for the beach and food, the guest house had lovely gardens and the rooms were clean with AC. A wonderful stay, would highly recommend 😊

Some noise early morning from surrounding buildings but it was very brief. The WiFi wasn't great 😕 seemed to work better for my husband and daughter but my phone kept losing it and I had to keep trying to reconnect.

Katut the owner and all the staff are wonderful helpful people. He helped us with anything we asked. Spoke good English too. The guest house is in a great location. The rooms are always clean. The breakfast is good. We loved everything, we extended our stay by 3 more days.

Relaxing and peaceful stay

Lovely, big room and comfy bed. Verandah to sit outside in the evening. Beautiful garden and surroundings. Tasty egg, toast, fruit platter and tea/coffee breakfasts. Very clean. Quiet location about 300m off the main road.

I couldn't get the hot water to work. Although hot water not really necessary with the temperatures.

Exceptional

I arrived at night after a 6-7 hours trip from the south of Bali. The owner gave me tea at my arrival. The place is beautiful and big (the garden)! The "bungalows/rooms" aren't attached. So you feel like you have your own garden. The breakfast was delicious! The first morning I ordered later than supposed to, but I was still offered the meal. They also booked a morning of snorkeling and visiting the Pulau Menjangan Island. They offered lunch and I did 2 snorkeling. They can book a driver if you need one. I even received a hand map of the place and around with the distances between what I could visit. Really useful! I would definitely recommend this place!

A good hotel with a nice garden. In Permutan we made a half day trip with Ketud. He knew a lot of things about the temples and culture. He explained very well and showed us a very well sun set.

It was our best vacation! Giri Sari the Best!

We lived at Giri Sari for 3 weeks. It is the best place for a quiet vacation! The guest house is super comfortable, peaceful, clean and have a beautiful area! Also there are two massage table and you can book massage. Yummy breakfast) Friendly host Ketut showed us all attractions, helped with airport transfer, organized excursions. 7 min to the sea. The Sea is very nice and have a beautiful coral garden! We fell in love and surely will come back!

J'ai vraiment aimé le logement, bon emplacement, vous êtes proches de tout mais en même temps vraiment au calme. Le lieu est très plaisant, de la nature, un personnel vraiment sympa. On m'a montré les lieux à proximité, conseillé etc. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Je suis restée 3 nuits, c'était top. Je recommande.

Estancia y aniftrión increibles!!

El alojamiento es perfecto, nos enamoramos del jardín y la decoración elgida por Ketut!! El mejor anifitrión!! Habitaciones muy limpias ducha baño muy cómodo!! Cama limpia y cómoda con mosquitera. El precio muy barato y el masaje espectacular y unas chicas muy amables! Ketut el dueño es muy servicial te ayuda en todo lo que puede y facilita la estancia ofrece tours y motos a precios muy baratos!!! Le preguntamos para transporte hacia Ubud y nos sugirió la opción de hacer paradas y que ver!! Nos acompañó su hermano que también un encanto!!!

Séjour fabuleux !

Tout ! Séjour merveilleux !!! L’emplacement, loin de la route, donc très calme, et à 5 mn à pied de la plage. Ketut et toute sa famille, totalement disponibles et très professionnels, sont là pour nous faire profiter de tout le potentiel de Pemuteran et ses environs. L’excursion à l’île de Menjengan était formidable. Encore un grand merci Ketut pour votre gentillesse et avoir rendu ces trois jours inoubliables !

Schlechte Nächte und einiges an Problemen.

Das Bett war sehr bequem. Außerdem gab es Wasser zum Auffüllen unserer Flaschen. Die Lage vom Hotel war ebenfalls ganz gut, abseits der Hauptstraße. Auch das Personal war sehr nett und hatte ein paar gute Tipps. Es ist möglich dort eine Massage zu buchen oder auch Touren (z.B. Tauchen oder Schnorcheln). Der Preis dafür war meiner Meinung nach auch fair.

Wir hatten das Hotel gebucht weil es so viele gute Bewertungen hatte. Leider sind uns sehr viele Dinge aufgefallen, die uns doch sehr gestört haben und die wir gerne vorher gewusst hätten. Das schlimmste sind die Hähne, die direkt neben uns gelebt haben. Wir waren deshalb jede Nacht mehrfach wach. Schafft man es dann mal einzuschlafen hört man die Moschee, für die die Unterkunft ansich nichts kann und die auch in der Gegend üblich ist. Leider kam dann morgens ab 7 Uhr noch Lärm (Kreissäge) von einer Baustelle in der Nähe dazu. Das ging auch gerne mal bis nachmittags. Wie schon in anderen Rezensionen beschrieben, ist das Frühstück wirklich sehr klein. Teilweise fanden wir es schon fast unverschämt bei sowas zu sparen. Dann soll die Unterkunft lieber 50 Cent mehr die Nacht kosten und man bietet wenigsten ein bisschen mehr Frühstück an (vielleicht zwei Eier (Rührei) pro Person). Leider ging unsere Klimaanlage auch nicht richtig. Tagsüber wurde es nicht richtig kühl und die Fenster waren verdunkelt, sodass man im Zimmer ein recht bedrückendes Gefühl hatte. Es gab auch nur kaltes Wasser in der Dusche und eine Nachtischlampe war defekt. Im Bad gab es keine Glasscheiben in den Fenstern, sodass wir auch einige Stechmücken im Zimmer hatten. Der Rauch der abends in der Luft liegt, ist deshalb ebenfalls ins Zimmer gezogen. Die Dinge haben sich also gehäuft. Für den Preis hatten wir in ganz Bali auch schon Unterkünfte, wo es diese Probleme nicht gab.
