Хорошая локация, близко маленький супермаркет, пляж, центр и остановка транспорта.

Не подошли матрасы они очень жесткие,но это личное. И не было телевизора, но об этом было написано в предложении. Поэтому без претензий.

Mini appartamenti puliti e accoglienti, il nostro era nuovo e luminoso. Gli host stanno al piano terra e sono stati molto disponibili. Ogni monolocale ha tutti i comfort del caso (aria condizionata, asciugacapelli, bollitore, pentole, posate, frigo) e il personale è stato così gentile da cambiare quasi tutti i giorni i nostri asciugamani e rifare il letto. Posizione ottima: si trova a 15 minuti in macchina dal centro, per cui consigliatissimo se state valutando una vacanza a Heraklion e dintorni (considerati i prezzi del parcheggio cittadino).

This is not luxury by any standard, but the host is nice. She responds quickly but is only able to help minimally.

There are ants and no amount of spraying helped. By the end, our luggage was full of ants. The air conditioning didn’t work for 4 days even though the host kept trying to fix it.- the remote, the battery…always something went wrong. The host apologize but it was very hot. Then they fixed it but it wouldn’t turn off so we had to sleep with blankets and sweat shirts and pants in the middle of summer. The elevators are used by the cleaning crew so coming into the elevator someone’s we found mountains of dirty laundry. Or the elevator was not available because cleaning staff was using it.
