Everything is great! The owner is like a sweet uncle. The room is very clean. Easy transport to Heraklion, there’s a direct bus. Has air conditioning and a little balcony.

Short stay near Heraklion

The owners are very friendly. They welcomed us with a drink and gave us a little souvenir from Crete at the end of the stay. The location is very close to the beach. They clean the room every day and can prepare a coffee or tea with no extra change. The price is reasonable and there are nice restaurants around.

The studio, that we got, was on the first floor, quite basic and for sure needed some renovation. Also some cars were parked just next to the terace, so no much view ... There was a kettle (quite old and all plastic) and because of that not usable in my opinon. The kitchenette is right oposite to the bed, and the stove is in one of the closets. The pictures on booking.com are a bit misleading (at least in our case)

Very warming hotel

Fantastic place. It's crazy how in home you can feel after some hours there. The family are the sweetest hosts I've ever had, they took care of us, recommended great places and solved any doubt. I'll stay here again if i come back to Crete. ευχαριστώ για όλα!

Easy to reach from the Heraklion airport. 2 min walk to the great large sandy beach of Amoudara. Tavernas and supermarkets at reach. Free parking in their yard. Perfect a/c for the hot days. Quiet. Great hosts :)!

This was by far the best place I stayed at, and I travel a lot. I've never met a host who is so kind, nice and attentive. They cleaned our room every single day. Everything was amazing, beach is just a block away with great restaurants near by. I highly recommend this place.

Cretan hospitality feels like home and excellrnt location by the beach

Excellent choice ! Exceptionally warm service with an abundant fresh and top quality delicious breakfast with all kinds of home made local delicatessen and very warm welcome. Mrs Anna, the owner of the facility is a lovely and very kind lady❤️ who makes you feel like home! I felt the Cretan hospitality and I will definitely return there. The room was very clean and cozy and the location is excellent as it is by the beach 🏖️ I noticed that all guests are friends with her as they book there every year.

The room was really nice. The receptionist team, although they do not speak great english, are lovely, kind, and do their best to make themselves clear. Always with a smile and sweet. When I arrived, the owner Anna invited me with a greek coffee and some home-made muffins, a ver nice detail. Whatsmore, as my family arrived later in the afternoon, she gave me a plate full of muffins for my family. So nice. Hotel room was big (we were 5 guests) and modern. Highly recommendable.

Pleasant stay near the beach

It was very clean , only 5 min walk to the beach, to the bus stop to Heraklion and to small markets and restaurants/ bars. Quite at night.

It has no elevator but you may see the sea if you are on a higher floor

Anna was amazing! The entire property was very clean and nice and everyone was very nice and welcoming! Everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Beach is nearby, with beds and umbrellas (free if you order drinks/food), restaurants and shops walking distance, plenty of parking space in the back.

Friendly, welcomed with drink, surprised with cake and pastry on different days. Location great for beach, has supermarket nearby (closes 11pm), and lots of options for food and drink. Bus stop nearby on main road. Felt safe in this area, easy to find using Google maps. Parking on site in compound.
