Amoudara Suites

I liked the location, very close to the beach and it also had sea view. The apartment was a combination of new and old, but it did had everything you needed. It was cleaned once every 2 days, which is nice. I especially liked the bedroom bed and the shower. Also, I don't know if this is the case all the time, but we were greeted with some snacks.

For me, having some lower back issues, the livingroom bed could have been a bit more comfortable. The bedroom balcony could use at least some chairs. I would have liked to be able to switch the TV keyboard from cyrillic, because we are not familiar to it.

Very suitable for a family of 3.

Very close to the beach, 15 min drive to the city center and also 15 min drive to a very beautiful beach called Lygaria.

The owner responded promptly to our short notice booking.

Even though the apartment and furniture was modern and looked good in the picture, it was actually a bit too used, kitchen furniture with fingerprints, a bit rusty here and there and also the shower could use a change, it was very rusty. The bathroom doesn’t have a place to hang towels, not even for hands, nor for the body towels. The distance to the beach is short, but the village itself wasn’t our favorite location around Heraklion.
