Just ok

Nice camping location in the Sestriere mountains. Warm shower and a comfortable bed. On-the-grounds pizzeria.

We made the mistake booking with breakfast since we were travelling by bike and cannot transport much food: not worth the surplus price for a croissant and two slices of dry white bread with coffee, even if received some cheese on request. The pictures of chalets do not match the reality and price not the corresponding to quality.

Such a beautiful place with many cozy chalets. we enjoyed the smell of woods and had good time for staying. The staff there were kind to us and helped us for solving the car issues.

There were couple times of power cutting down.

location and presentation of the property though booking.com

1) mattress very uncomfortable. 2) heating system based on aeration which is very noisy and turning on/off every few minutes. this significantly impact on quality of sleep (I ended up wearing earplugs!) 3) no parking available by the apartment. 4) customers can only drive to the property to offload and then park in the main car park at the entrance of the village. this is very inconvenient especially for apartments located at the top of the hill. old/disabled people may struggle to go up and down the hill on the muddy/iced paths. 5) the barriers to drive through operate until 11.30pm. if there is an emergency overnight (eg need to go to A&E) there is no way to drive the car to the front of the property until the morning after. 6) the system for opening the barriers is very old fashion. The barrier operate by touching a sensor with a magnetic card. however this is not located at a close distance from the car so drivers need to get off the car, go to the barrier, open it and return to the car to drive through. in the era of digital technology it shouldn’t be too difficult to modernise the system with a tele-pass with car registration recognition or. as a minimum. move the touch and go sensor so that it can be reached by lowering the car’s window! 7) very basic facilities throughout the property, both in the tiny bedrooms, kitchen/leaving aerea and bathroom.

Good

Bear in mind we were not skiing and it was end of Sept. it was very quiet, our stay was perfect very comfortable individual chalets. Plenty of space as there were only 2of us. Full kitchen facilities. They were warm and clean. The in site restaurant was perfect and good was good. The lady at reception stayed until we arrived around 7pm.

Trying to find it was the only problem we had. It is out on its own approximately 1 or 2 km from a local village.

Positivo ma con migliorie. Avevo letto anche colazione inclusa ma bar e ristorante chiuso.

Lo chalet e in parte la spa

La spa fuori era bollente abbiamo fatto presente più volte che l acqua bolliva e bruciava se potevano con una pompa raffreddarla un po. Arrivato un ragazzo di colore poco cortese. Chiesto perché non riusciamo a entrare tutti e lui ha risposto in modo scazzato che la piscina era già piena. Mentre poteva benissimo svuotarla un pochino e aggiungere dalla pompa acqua fredda. Poi ho chiesto un aperitivo è arrivato con un bicchiere davvero vergognoso. Davvero un assaggio. Fatto presente e lo staff non me lo ha fatto per fortuna pagare. Luci del percorso dei piedi, spente. Tutti i momenti il tasto per il massaggio era fermo. Eravamo in troppi.

Silenzioso, bel campeggio con centro benessere

Silenzioso, molto vicino al paese, facile da trovare. Bella l'idea del centro benessere all'aperto con vista montagna, anche se non ne abbiamo usufruito.

Particolari poco curati per chi vuole cucinare. Abbiamo chiesto una griglia per barbecue, ma non ci è stata fornita, anche se doveva essere a disposizione. Pochi utensili da cucina (pentole, padelle...) in un bungalow per 4 persone.

Molto deludente… pulizia inesistente, la casetta… ma direi in generale, nessuna cura delle infrastrutture, che nel 2025 esistano frigoriferi senza freezer ed essere costretti a cambiare casetta è inaccettabile, tra l’altro comunque non funzionante, che mi ha costretta a buttare tutti gli alimenti della piccolina, che non esista un materasso matrimoniale ma 2 uniti che si disuniscano è agghiacciante… il lettino per la piccolina prevede l’addebito di un supplemento, dimensioni e materasso anche no! Ha dormito fissa con noi. Tende, tovaglie, coperte e ciscini SONO DA LAVARE!!!! Ci sarebbe tanto altro da dire… Io credo che “il titolare” dovrebbe farsi un giretto e prendere nota di alcune cose…

Sinceramente quasi tutto …ma meno male fuori c’è Pragelato e Sestriere … questo ci ha fatto restare !!!

Non eccezionale, ma sicuramente soddisfacente, soprattutto dal punto di vista di stare nella natura.

La posizione panoramica sulla montagna, l'atmosfera di chalet, la tranquillità, l'accoglienza gentile e professionale dello staff, la pulizia, ecc.

C'erano pochi asciugamani in bagno, e in cucina non c'era quasi niente per cucinare, come sacchetti di zucchero, una scatola di sale, sachet di té, ecc., che di solito si trova in strutture di genere.

Petit chalet très confortable.

Petit chalet, très bien équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut pour faire la cuisine. Belle vue sur les montagnes. Site calme et accès facile. Lits confortables.

Accueil fermé à 18h30. Prévoyez d'appeler si vous arrivez après cette heure. A part ce point, rien de particulier sur notre passage lors de notre road trip.
