Safe, Clean, Helpful & Friendly. A great welcome to Italy when arriving from France. Didn’t realise they had a clean swimming pool. My swim surrounded by mountains was a great start to my day.

A lovely stay in a beautiful location with wonderful people

The location is beautiful and Sabrina and her family and staff are delightful and incredibly helpful and friendly. The swimming pool is great and having the cocktail bar attached is a nice touch. We were advised on a couple of nearby locations that were suitable for both a 12 year old and an 81 year old. If more active there is a limitless amount of walking that could be done, as well as there being 3 electric mountain bikes for hire.

The place is still a bit of a work in progress so it is a little rough around the edges in places. But we didnt notice after a short time as we were having such a nice time.

Pleasant stay in agriturismo in beautiful surroundings.

Nice spacious room. Beautiful surroundings, enjoyed walking at Novalesa. Breakfast provided was good, had all the necessities. Liked the animals here especially the horses and rabbits.

A little pricier than surrounding properties during low season.

We loved it!

We loved everything about this place. It was very quiet and very well run. It was very quiet and extremely clean. The Parking was good and secure for our motorcycles. We ate there in the evening and the homemade food was incredible. The owner was very attentive and we thought she was amazing. We loved staying there and will definitely be returning.

Great place to relax after hiking in the beautiful Western Alps.

The location is ideal for exploring the Moncenisio e Monginevro areas and of course the beautiful val di Susa where it is located. The host is very friendly and helpful in advising what to visit and how. Lovely garden to relax and there is also a pool. Breakfast is great with a good choice of home-made bakes. Susa is very close and it is a very pretty village with a lovely historical center and nice restaurants.

Great place for motorcycle enthusiasts and everybody else😁

Sabrine is a great host, food was home made and the nettle filling Raviolis with a creme sauce was heavenly. Very quiet place. Motorcycle Family like us, even the bikes had a great place to park inside. Thank you for the great experience👍

Ideal.

We loved the location ,very pretty and rural with great views of the mountains . Not far from Susa so we can cycle into there easily. The evening meal was delicious and the staff very friendly and helpful. Cute cat as well !

Sabrina is extremely friendly and helpful. She really does all to keep her clients happy. Also great meal with good value for money!

Exceptional

Up narrow lanes at the bottom of the Monte Cenisio mountain pass you find this delightful building. Plenty of parking in this rural spot. Horses greet you! The rooms are a generous size and very comfortable. The host cooks a lovely meal at a fine price. lovely.

Quiet area, surrounded by nature with river and horses nearby. Kind staff.

The room was very basic (no tv or hardryer) but adequately clean. The room had a balcony but it wasn't private, it runs along the front of the building so that multiple rooms share it. The score would be higher if the price reflected the simple, "no-frills" nature of the facilities.

Wir waren Ende Oktober da, eine schöne Zeit um den Piemotesischen Herbst zu erleben. Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und schön ruhig, super zum entspannen. Der Speise- und Gemeinschaftraum lädt zum Aufenthalt ein. Sabrina und ihr Sohn Andrea sind sehr gastfreundlich und das Essen ist super lecker. Wir werden bestimmt einmal wieder kommen.

Urig, authentisch und gemütlich!

Es war eine ländliche Variante, die durch 2 Kaninchen, 3 Pferden und einem Hund den Erwartungen entsprach. Das hausgemachte Menü hat den italienischen Charme wiedergegeben und war preiswert und praktisch (keine Fahrt notwendig und das Auto kann stehen bleiben)! Pool lädt zu entspannen ein.

La colazione ottima e per tutti i gusti. La camera e bagno grandi. Abbiamo cenato ed era ottimo, ci è piaciuto molto l'atmosfera.

Qualche problema con la doccia. La terrazza ha bisogna di manutenzione.

Magnifique endroit et belle découverte. Nous avons tout aimé, la grande piscine avec sa cuisine d’été toute neuve et bien équipée, notre chambre romantique avec son joli balcon donnant sur le beau jardin, le repas du soir préparé avec les produits cultivés sur place et cuisiné avec amour par la propriétaire des lieux, ainsi que le petit-déjeuner servi très copieusement. Nous avons adoré prendre l’apéro au coucher du soleil au bord de la piscine à regarder quelques lapins courir librement autour de la propriété et à échanger avec les membres de la famille.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage außerhalb von Susa. Großer Swimmingpool mit Liegewiese und Bar - top! Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal (Familie). Tolles, hausgemachtes italienisches Abendessen mit drei Gängen (Pasta, Fleisch, Dessert). Sehr schönes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Tolles, altes Gebäudeensemble mit typischen Steinhäusern.

Eerlijke pure gastvrijheid bij een fijne familie aan de voet van de Alpen.

Wat een gezellige gastvrijheid! Hier wordt je direct warm onthaald en geholpen naar de prachtige ruime kamers. Drankjes worden voor je gemaakt aan het fantastische zwembad en daarna kun je heerlijk mee eten met het diner dat Sabrina gekookt heeft. Eerlijke bergkost van de groenten en het vlees van hun boerderij. Vader en zoon doen de bediening met veel flair en gezelligheid waarbij ze lokale wijnen en zelfgemaakte likeurtjes schenken. Wat een heerlijke plek!
