I would return again!

Nice clean simple accomodation, perfectly suited to skiers or small families.

The apartment was in a nice central location; when we were there it was very early into the ski season and the local area was very quiet, which mostly suited us. There were plenty of bars and restaurants to chose from, located quite close by. Stefano, the host, was very friendly and even offered us a free of charge upgrade to the apartment that we had originally booked. He was also very quick to help us sort out a very brief problem we had when the power went off for about 10 minutes. I would happily recommend this apartment for a couple or a small family (or 2 older guys having a quick early season ski break)

Very cosy. Although it is compact, we had everything we needed for the 3 wonderful days in Sauze.

We were 5 adults and from time to time we did run low on hot water. Ince we lerned to stagger the use of the shower, we were fine.

I would stay again!!!

The apartment is very well located in a very calm area but very close to the centre of the village. It has a stunning view on the mountains from the terrace. It was a bit cold when we arrived but after claiming this to the owner, he immediately fixed it. It has everything you need. Everything was clean and cosy. The kids love to sleep in the attic under the roof. Not to forget to mention that it is very easy to communicate with the owner. He replies very soon to your requests if any. I would definitely stay again! :)

The only small thing to mention. If you use sofa bed, please be aware that once you move on it while sleeping, it makes a strong, creaky noise. :/

Perfect central spacious apartment with everything you need for the perfect ski holiday!

Perfect central location in Sauze, so close to both Clotes and Sportinia Lifts, as well as all the bars and restaurants. Warm and clean apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay including a spacious ski locker. Stefano and his family were lovely, they really went above and beyond, allowing us to check in straight away after an early flight. Stefano was always on hand to answer any questions we had or offer recommendations.

Very nice location and clean apartment

The apartment is located in the centre of Sauze d’Oulx. Very nice and convenient location. Apartment was clean and with standard amenities such as dish washer, washing machine, flat TV, Wi-Fi. Parking in front of the apartment is available if you have a small car.

No dryer, and not heating in the apartment in the summer months. This is not a real problem if you don’t mind a fresh room (which we don’t)! But if you really want to feel warm, you may ask for an electric heater to be provided. The landlord has one available.

Disappointing

The decor was nice. That was about it really.

The apartment was freezing with no instructions on how to work the heating. There was no instructions for working anything in the apartment, it was all guess work.There wasn’t enough bedding for everyone which made the fact that the place was freezing even worse.the owner did waive the cost of bedding for all guests because we were so cold and there wasn’t enough bedding which I appreciated but would have far rathered a nicer experience as opposed to no charge for something they didn’t give us anyway. Not worth over £100 per night!!

The apartment is beautifully decorated, with a stunning view. The kitchen is very well stocked with all the necessities.

The walk to the Clotes lift is doable in ski boots, but is quite hard work. Would ideally be located closer to the slopes.

Almost perfect with snow showers, a first for my family from Singapore.

Central location. Next to a church - we loved the half- hourly bells. Optimal space design of apt with dinner table and benches clamped to wall when not in use=> spacious living area of a charming rustic place, very authentic of a ski area.

We arrived at 7pm and after eating a quickie dinner, we realised no dish detergent was provided. The next day, we also noted the absence of a chopping board. Were it not for these 2 lacunae, we would have given FULL marks to the property.

Very nice small apartment with everything you need for a nice stay. Reasonable walk to the Clotes lift. Sportina is further. We were in the loft section. Beams can be low at the edges of the room, but there was good inventive storage and we were a family of five adults. Kitchen was good for basics and had all we needed. The apartment is essentially one room with bunks in an upper section, a sort of separate space with a double bed and a comfy double bed in the sofa. Small, but comfy, clean and warm. We had a great time here. Also very good value for money.

Lovely place in the old village part

The apartment we had was on the first floor. It had two terraces, well equipped kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms. Interior is full of lovely old antique wood. Would love to stay there again if we come to Sauze. Thank you Stefano!

Perfetto. Tutto ok.

Il giudizio è estremamente positivo. La pulizia dei locali è eccellente, la posizione dell'appartamento è veramente ottima, trovandosi nel centro storico del paese. I titolari sono di una gentilezza unica. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni cosa utile per una permanenza comoda. Presenti anche la lavastoviglie e la lavatrice. Quando ho avuto necessità i titolari si sono immediatamente attivati. Con un veramente modesto sovraprezzo ho ottenuto un comodo parcheggio non lontano dall'appartamento. Super consigliato. Complimenti !
