Great stay for a group of 4, not far from the Clotes ski lift. We actually enjoyed the walks to the apartment in the eve

Apartment was renovated. Good facilities. Nice living room with open kitchen. Two bathrooms is a good plus when travelling in group.

The locker / ski room is a bit shady, but serves the purpose. There is reasonably priced storage for skis by the lift. Although the lift is not far it is downhill so is a short uphill walk to the apt.

Great booking

The apartment was as described. Clean, comfortable, spacious and the perfect location for those heading for the slopes. Communication from the host was excellent from the moment we made the booking. Very quick to respond to any questions we had in advance of our stay. I would definitely recommend booking this if staying in Sauzed'Oulx.

Lovely apartment in a good location. Would stay again.

Location is good for (almost) ski in/ski out. The beds were comfy, clean towels, flat was well equipped and everything worked. It's a hard walk up the hill after dinner! It's good having two bathrooms. There were four of us and we had no problems with getting four showers out of the water tank. We appreciated having some stuff left in the cupboards - teabags, olive oil etc. The host gave me a discount code for the ski hire which saved me a lot of money. I have stayed in several apartments in Sauze and this is the nicest.

The ski locker is very dusty and cramped so we didn't really use it. The sound proofing in the flats is bad, we could hear everything from the flat above us. That is obviously the fault of the building, not the host, and the occupants of the flat above weren't doing anything noisy, I'm just glad they weren't heavy metal fans. The bathrooms had a slight drain smell when we arrived, but that dissipated once we had started to use the system and we kept the window open.

Great location, seamless experience

Host was very accommodating. Apartment was clean tidy and smart. There is a concierge in the building who hands over the keys. There is a decent size ski locker in the basement of the building. It is a short walk to the clotes ski lift and the village. Although the hill is quite steep, fair warning.

If you like long hot showers you need to change your habits if you stay here in a large group. The apartment has a standard size hot water boiler and you need to adjust your shower time accordingly.

Cute, comfortable, clean, and once you figure out the shortcut to the lift, it's practically ski in ski out

The hill to get up clotes is really hard especially with ski boots, gear, and kids There's no elevator down to the ski room The ski room is very tight quarters

The apartment is quite big, very good location (Clotes lift is nearby, there is also a ski rental and deposit shop). Just keep in mind that the apartment is uphill from the center, so it might be a problem to people with limited mobility. For us it was just additional sport. The host is very friendly, helpful and supportive.

The best apartment yet…

We’ve skied in Sauze every year for 10 years and this is the nicest apartment we’ve stayed in. Nicely decorated and furnished. Clean and modern shower rooms. Communication with the owner was fantastic and he was very accommodating.

There wasn’t enough hot water for more than 2 showers at a time. Worth considering if you are a large group like we were. The hill from the Clotes lift to the apartment is extremely steep and not for the faint hearted!

The hosts really went out of their way to accommodate our group's various requests and needs. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was well located for the ski slopes, with a lovely view of the mountains from the balcony. It felt like a home from home, comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The second bathroom was a big plus for our larger family group. We would definitely return.

Location and communication with the host was excellent. Kitchen facilities and living area very good. Nice touch to receive the welcome drink on arrival. Great internet connection. It was helpful to have organised property and surroundings manual with lots of suggestions and advice. Very close to the lift. Shops and restaurants near by.

Hot water boiler too small for bigger group of people. The hot shower is essential for people who exercise and unfortunately the hot water would not be enough if 4 people if want to take shower around the same time. The building possibly needs a little update. Downstairs by the entrance and ski lockers was quite strong smell of sewerage. But fortunately you couldn’t feel it in the flat on the second floor.

Very close to the slopes and the apartment itself was perfect for our group of 7. Very clean on arrival and the owner responded to our questions incredibly quickly. Overall had an incredible time at this property

Superb

It is a lovely apartment not far from the chair lifts. It has everything you could need if you want to self-cater and 2 bathrooms was a total added bonus. The beds are very comfortable and we had a great stay.

Virkelig hyggelig lejlighed med fin beliggenhed ift. pisterne. Perfekt med 2 badeværelser. Mike var super venlig og hjælpsom og gjorde vores ophold rigtig godt. Området overraskede os meget positivt. Gode pister og få mennesker.

Meget stejl bakke, som besværliggør indkøb lidt (særligt når man skal købe ind til mange). Vi var uden bil, så fik en del motion op og ned ad bakken😊. Vi kunne godt have drømt om bedre faciliteter til ski/støvler, men her kan man så leje depot - så har man bare ikke ski in/ski out. Sovesofaen i stuen er ikke så komfortabel og egner sig bedst til børn.

Bellissimo appartamento vicino alle piste.

L'appartamento è molto bello, caldo e luminoso. Ha tutto cio che serve per una vacanza in montagna. Si trova a due passi dalle piste e dal centro città.

Acqua calda finisce subito, se siete in tanti bisogna aspettare un po che si scalda di nuovo.
