Great location for skiing!!!

Very close to the slopes and well equipped apartments and ski store

The heater kept clicking off and on all night causing a lot of noise. Also WiFi didn’t work.

ZERO WiFi available entire property except in a small noisy area under the reception - Only a 20” TV in the apartment during the Olympics - a lot of decay in the entire property, rotting woodwork, doors that don’t close well, skii locker missing a lock, scary parking dungeon was quite unkept - smallest bathroom we have ever used with very narrow shower. - beds very hard and pillows also cardboard - instructions to find and access did not work with Google Maps and could have simply stated check-in with TH Hotel

Great experience with minor problems

Almost everything was perfect: -location (2 min walk from the gondolas) -price -interior parking -clean and comfortable rooms -for 12 eur / person, you could buy a very good breakfast -we could buy our ski passes inside the hotel, very convenient -kind staff. when we entered the apartment, we got a really cute italian gift: spaghetti, tomato sauce, onion. great gesture.

The spa / pool system is not ideal at all. You need an application to register, and book time slots. We didn't have an appointment and couldn't get to the pool. We paid 25 / person to the spa section, which was rather small and hidden. For a 300 room hotel, a sauna which can hold more than 4 people would be appreciated. The dinner was ~30 eur, a little overpriced but it was self service with lot of options We could not get into the ski box area, maybe we got a wrong key, not sure. Wasn't a big deal.

Nice stay in Sestriere

The location is amazing, just few steps from the slopes. The apartment was pretty large and with all the basic stuff you need. The real Plus is the staff: everyone was so kind and helpful and made us really feeling welcomed and taken care of.

As already mentioned, the building is is need of some renovation and the cleaning could be better, albeit still decent

Pleasant, good family location, shame about the check in.

Good location (ski in/out). Friendly staff. Reasonable price (booking through teleo vacanze instead of the hotel direct gives you free parking, pool use and 15% off in the hotel).

Unfortunately check in was a big issue. I feel this was probably due to Teleo Vacanze being a separate organization to the hotel. This meant that when we tried to check in as organised (after midnight on the arrival day) we were told by the concierge that there was no booking and we weren’t expected. It was 2am and we had a protracted check in process where they eventually gave us a room for the night, and I needed to contact booking.com customer services in the morning to sort out. To be fair it was sorted out within about 2 hours of contacting customer services. The room we were given was larger than expected and we were allowed to stay in there for the duration as compensation for the check in issue. We were only given an explanation when I asked for one, and were told that the computer system didn’t process our booking properly.

Location close to ski slopes

No WiFi, practically even in the main area where it was promised by the crew to work, but it did not. No driers for ski boots. Poor selection of food.

The facilities are super. Location is great right beside lifts.

There was no kettle, toaster or microwave in our apartment. There wasn't even decent bowls for our cereal we used big mugs instead. Also would recommend leaving extra bin liners for the bins and maybe a tea towel for washing up.

Hotel staff where not very welcoming, everything seemed to be a chore and they where unwilling to help. Bar staff also not very hospitable.

Ski vacation in sestriere

Location is great, 2 min walk to the nearest ski lift. The property provides discount for ski pass and ski rental (the shop is just a min walk from the property). Parking is underground and allows an easy access from the room. Breakfast and dinner can be purchased on site.

Some of the staff can't speak properly in English, it's sometimes hard to explain what do we need. Spa facilities are small and not working properly, but, a full price is taken without any notice on the quality of service. No vegetables for breakfast.

Good value for money but not very pleasant stay. Everything was too far away.

My partner really enjoyed the breakfast and takeaway dinner. All of us liked the powerful shower and a beautiful view from the balcony. The room was cleaned to a high standard every day.

Facilities The double bed and the sofa bed in our room were both quite uncomfortable and hard to sleep on. Kitchen equipment could have been better. Only one large blunt knife and one chopping board, no measuring jug, no scissors, no electric kettle or toaster, no washing-up liquid and sponge, no deep cereal/ soup bowls. Wifi access only at reception area and very bad connection there as well. Misleading advertisement -no hot tub access - swimming pool very small ( more for kids) with the need to wear a swimming cap, which is not quite possible with very long hair, could only be booked on the hour for 60 mins Location Shops and restaurants at least 10-15 mins walk up a very steep hill. Ski lift close to the hotel main entrance but quite far away from the ski lockers within the hotel and the room itself.

it was dirty. both sinks was clogged. staff couldn't help because it was a rental through external (though we wasn't told before). paper thin walls and very noise - bedroom is out to a hallway with a lot of noise. very expensive for the price. dirty duvets.

you are being woken up by cleaning staff at 8am - asking you to leave the building is from 1970s - never updated the check in time is from 17:00 and never on time the staff are incompetent there is no second blanket the pillows are beyond uncomfortable the bed is broken and causes pain there is a request to pay for towels in the pool

The WIFI is a real problem in Sestriere full stop . Also the ski map is not very user friendly . Also we used the Garnel ski lift the most .

excellent responsive owner

It is cheaper to stay at the olympic village through Teleo Vacanze than booking with TH hotels and you get 15% member discounts for all food and drinks and free swimming pool access which you would not if you booked with TH hotels.

you are forced to pay for towels and slippers at the pools €3 per towel and €5 for slippers. can’t take room towels. Heating is minimum 27 degrees and can’t be lower and the humidity is very uncomfortably low. it’s a 10 minute uphill walk to the main ski lifts but if you are good skier you can start outside. however the ski box is extremely inconvenient. have to negotiate 2 lifts, 4 sets of doors and nearly 100 meters from the road inside the building to the ski box.

Great place to stay, decent facilities, good size apartment, hope they fix the dryness of the air

The owner was excellent. He was extremely responsive, sometimes within hours of emailing. He even kept monitoring our emails and ensured that the malfunctioning TV was repaired the same day.

The toilet had a smell. The air in the room is extremely dry and the temperature also very hot which could not be reduced below 20 degreess. The dryness and heat made it hard to sleep at times. The ski resort is a 500 meter uphill walk, which isn't really feasible without a car.

Ok hotel, men tjek for fejl og mangler

Hotellet ligger rigtig fint i forhold til skiløb. Vi boede i en lejlighed med et soveværelse, og den passer perfekt til fire personer. Der var masser af gryder og stegepander og køkkengrej.

Dog havde vi kun tre gafler, og det tog personalet to dage at finde det rette antal service frem til os. Da vi bestilte hotellejligheden stod der at der var højhastighedsinternet. Men på værelset var der ikke internet, og personalet sagde, at det ikke var deres problem, da det var timeshare lejlighed. Det vidste vi ikke, da vi bookede den gennem Booking.com. På vores næste sidste dag fik vi en router. Derudover var der heller ikke nøgle til skilocker skabet, så vi kunne ikke lukke vores ski og støvler ned i opbevaringsrummet. Personalet sagde, at nøglerne var blevet stjålet. Generelt virkede personalet ligeglad med de manglende ting. Hotellet ligger 700 m fra nærmeste supermarked, og der er pænt kuperet terræn op til byen.

Luce costante che filtrava dalla finestra verso il corridoio dalla camera da letto. Ristorante della struttura apre troppo tardi per noi (ore 20). Piscina con acqua fredda.
