The outdoor steps were in poor repair so trickier than expected to get a three year old skier the short distance to the slopes carrying all equipment. Late check in. Surprising distance to walk to centre of village and shops if self catering. Would have liked a kettle or bigger Moka!

The spa and sauna didn’t work, massages were cancelled due to “technical errors” at short notice 🤷‍♂️ main bed was very hard

Beautiful spacious apartment near to ski lifts. Apartment s very lovely and warm and comfortable. Lovely welcome pack of pasta, olive oil, onion garlic, salt and , tomatoe sauce. (A meal) Spectacular views from balcony. Huge complex had bar with beautiful cocktails with snack foods such as crepes sandwiches, cakes crisps bars and then a restaurant that you could opt for that served lots of choices delicious foods. Or you can avail of take away pizza. Staff very friendly and helpful. They also offer entertainment nightly. Spa treatments on offer and pool also.

The pool has to be booked day before we were unable to get a slot when we wanted it. Which was disappointing. The relaxing massage i had was lovely but we paid 25 euro extra for sauna and steam room need updating as small and no atmosphere in the room to relax with refreshements there was only a choice of teas which you make urself. No fruit or detox water. Also the smell was not great like sewage smell. Usually they would be a fabulous smell of aromatherapy when entering a spa. I just feel they could really improve on this area. Also I think if someone availsnof menage etc. The pool steam room and sauna should be part of deal
